Newly remodeled home. Living room with small work station, beautiful retro kitchen with all appliances, 2 bedrooms, one office+lounge room and one bathroom. The entire space is yours. Huge backyard with hammock, fire pit and lounge furniture.

Convenient location to restaurants and shops in Fort Union 2 miles away. 9 minutes from little and big cottonwood canyon entrances for biking and hiking. Quiet neighborhood. There are full time renters in the completely separate basement.

Your are 10 minutes from canyon entrances to hike, bike, mountain climb, ski, you name it! Tons of restaurants and shopping within 5-10 minutes. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful mountain views.
