Come visit the beautiful Emerald Coast! There is a vast array of recreation choices for a family seeking an affordable fun vacation. From the moment you arrive, breathe in the salt air and feel the relaxing beach vibes. The Maravilla complex has been updated with new paint, lighting and walkways. The new beach ramp provides easy access to the beach - no stairs! Golf cart and e-bike rentals are allowed. Bonfires are available through La Dolce Vita (the beach service). Your stay includes beach service ~ 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas during the season (mid-March through mid-October). Take a break from the waves in one of the two pools or the hot tub. The complex also has both tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, a basketball goal and a newly updated fitness center.
The condo features a fully stocked kitchen to make preparing your meals a breeze. New charcoal grills and picnic tables are conveniently located in the center of the property, near the second pool and tennis/pickleball courts. If you don't feel like cooking, there are several beach-side restaurants within walking distance. HarborWalk Village and Baytowne Wharf are both just short drives down the road and offer numerous restaurants and activities.
Wanting some retail therapy? Definitely check out Destin Commons, The Grand Boulevard at Sandestin and Silver Sands Premium Outlets.
You'll find mini-golf, go-karts and a water park nearby. Take a dolphin cruise, go deep sea fishing and catch your dinner, hang out at Crab Island, go parasailing, glow on a night kayak adventure, rent bicycles ~ or just relax on the beach listening to the calming waves. And don't forget your red flashlight for crab hunting on the beach at night!

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay at the perfect condo within steps from the beautiful beaches. Communication with Bryan and Melissa was effortless. Their quick helpful responses made us feel like we chose the right place to spend our trip. Condo was clean, beds were comfy, nice keurig and plenty of bath towels for our large group. We were also thrilled to have 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas during our stay! We will definitely book with these lovely hosts again!

Great property with all the amenities!

We loved the condo with private pool and beach access. This unit had everything we needed and then some. They even had beach toys for the kids to play with. Plenty of room for our family of 7. LOVED that this unit included beach setup of 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, what a lifesaver. The host communicated so quickly with any questions and concerns. Location was great and close to the beach and all the restaurants and stores.

Unit and property were as advertised. Easy access to pools and beach, which included four chairs and two umbrellas. We never needed to rush down to claim chairs at either of the pools or the beach. Place was great and as listed/shown. No issues the entire week. Would recommend.

Second Stay! Love it!

We love Miramar Beach, Miravilla and this condo. Miramar is little more low key than Destin or rest of 30A. We like the 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas included with an easy walk to private Beach access. Condo is well decorated and owners respond quickly. We had a little trouble figuring out TV and they communicated fast and accurate with us. Second floor unit makes it easy to use stairs sometimes and avoid elevator, yet has a nice view. Gated access to Maravilla is nice for security. We rent bikes and could easily not drive once checked in with groceries.

Can use some improvements

Beds were really uncomfortable especially the master bedroom, extremely firm mattress in the master bedroom! We did not rest well. Cleaning could have been done better, mirrors and glass were dirty, baseboards and vents dirty and high touch surfaces on doors were visibly filthy. Otherwise the place was well decorated, had a nice beach vibe and tasteful and close to the beach, great location!

This was my 3rd time at the Maravilla condominium. This is a well kept unit - just as advertised. Location is fantastic. Great beach, with everything you need close by (Whole Foods, Publix, Urgent care for kids, malls, etc). Beach service including 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs was definitely a plus as well (renting the same would cost over $100 / day). I stayed in Maravilla units in the past that only had 1 umbrella and 2 chairs arranged with the beach service guys, so this was great as we didn't have extra cost. I had to reschedule my stay (shorten by 1 day) and the owners were very prompt to respond/update. Also, the owners were quick to accommodate an issue with Vrbo billing (which was not their fault) refunding part of the payment promptly. They wanted to make it right for me without much hassle, and I and I really appreciate that.

Watch out of downstairs neighbor!

The downstairs neighbor didn’t like our dog barking at all even though it’s a dog friendly place. We have stayed in different condos at Maravilla for 10 years and never had anyone complain about dogs barking. Our daughter cried one night because she wasn’t feeling well and the neighbor called security on us at 3 am. She obviously can’t handle any noise so if you have dogs or kids being kids I don’t recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property Aug 2024. Property was accurately described. A great location with great pools that were never crowed. The included beach chairs and umbrellas were a big plus. The Negatives: I wish the beach chairs and umbrellas were described as included from a "beach vendor". When we got to the condo we could not find the chairs but found beach toys so we thought that previous renters might have taken them so we went out and bought chairs. After finding out about the other chairs from the beach vender we were able to take them back. Only other issue was on arrival there was only 1 roll of toilet paper and no paper towels. So we had to get that and left them with plenty. Most other VRBO's/AirBNB's we have stayed at have had all of that.

This condo is equipped with everything to make your beach vacation more relaxing.. It really is less than a 5 minute walk to the access of the private beach. The walls and floors must be very thick as you never hear your neighbors (hopefully the didn’t hear us as we traveled with very vocal 2 & 3 year olds). Communication was prompt when we needed help. You can’t beat this one for the value. Beds and linens were comfortable and clean.. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials, you just provide the food. You will not be disappointed in choosing this particular unit.

Positive experience except for a beach umbrella/chair issue.

We had a very positive experience overall. Very clean condo. The only thing that was disappointing was an experience we had regarding where we were put one day on the beach. Apparently owners who reside at the condos have their beach chairs/umbrellas assigned closer to the water. Well, the young man who sat us one day told us to go to a specific set already set up which we did. After About an hour the young man comes over and asks if we are owners of any residence and who sat us there. I informed him he sat us and no we are renting for the week and are not the owner. He then continues to ask us to move since the close spots are for the owners and the renters are placed farther back. Needless to say we had to pack up our stuff and move to where renters should be placed. The frustration is there were many open chairs by the water at this time so we moved and nobody occupied the chairs we moved from. It’s not like people were waiting for those or anything. Come to find out a women sitting by herself across from us originally was telling this young man to check certain people if they are owners or renters and observing him making sure he was informing us. So after moving this women had several open chairs all around her. That experience made us feel extremely different.

Great World Series baseball trip

Even though our boys came up shorts on the games the accommodations were great Beach access was private and close Raines everyday even rained out our games 1 day and had a 5 hour delay the next. Still a great trip and would defiantly recommend this room to anyone and would will rent again next trip if available thanks for helping us make memories

Fantastic Vacation Location

Everything was just as pictured on VRBO. Nice large balcony with lots of places to sit. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The washer and dryer were great. Very short walk to the beach. The beach service was wonderful. We expected good, but it was better than that!
