No check-outs before 6:00 AM.<br>From 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, any check-out will incur an additional charge of €30<br>- We are committed to maintaining good relations with our neighbors in this quiet, family-friendly residence; we ask that you refrain from making noise at unreasonable hours.<br>- Do not park anywhere other than your private parking space #18<br>- A storage room with recycling bins is located at the entrance to the residence. Please sort your waste properly and place recyclables in the container with the yellow lid (a collection schedule will be provided, along with details on which packaging items are recyclable). Household trash should be placed in the container with the green lid. Regarding glass containers, the welcome booklet will indicate where to drop them off:<br>- Please adhere to the availability times set by the staff who welcome you.<br>- Remove the rented linens from the beds.<br>- Perform a courtesy cleanup (empty your trash tins, take glass containers to the designated recycling bin, put away your clean, dried dishes—we will not be held responsible for dishes left uncleaned). The cleaning fee does not cover a unit left messy and dirty; it allows us to restore the unit to a clean and orderly state in accordance with our standards.
