The pool area is beautiful and fun for all. Cute arcade and bar as well as a "sundries" cantina for anything you may have forgotten or didn't know your kids wanted. LOL For the condo, bring shower soap. Minimal shampoo and conditioner is provided which is understandable, this is not a hotel that you are renting. The back patio is relaxing. The kitchen is stocked with the basics plus a few more necessities like blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig. Plenty of pans, cookie sheets etc for cooking and baking. The rooms are comfortable and exactly as described.

The unit was exactly as pictured, the screened in lanai was an amazing feature to enjoy the outdoors for a morning coffee. The unit was a 2 min walk to the pool. Our family had a great time

The check in process was great..but the house itself was very hot.. the ceiling in the master bedroom didn’t work.. their was a big roach in the downstairs bedroom..an they have the temp setting set in that house an u can’t control the temperature because its locked I told the host the house was hot she didn’t say anything to have that fixed overrall the resort is great I will not be staying with this host anymore but I will be returning to the resort

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. After receiving your comments, I immediately checked the concerns mentioned. The air conditioning was inspected and the home temperature was normal and cool. The ceiling fan in the upstairs master bedroom is also working properly. Regarding the insect mentioned, this is not something we commonly experience, and after reviewing the photo, I was not even certain it was taken inside the home, as the wall texture and color appear different from the interior walls of the property. However, we still take every concern seriously and are always proactive about maintenance and pest prevention. We are proud to have consistently received many 5-star reviews from previous guests, and we always work hard to provide a clean and comfortable stay for everyone. Thank you again for your feedback.

Perfect condo for Disney Vacation

Wonderful property! Close to pool facilities and very convenient to get to Disney parks. The screened in patio was recently added and is a great place to sit in the morning with a cup of coffee. Will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay from check in to check out! Check in was a breeze - I received all information from the owners before checking in, when I had questions they responded quickly. The house was welcoming, just what we needed. It was very close to the pool, we've stayed in this resort before and had to drive to the pool so this was a plus. The beautiful seating area outside was a plus, only downfall was we couldn't figure out how to get the TV connected to the wifi to watch it, but that is user error and not a huge issue for us since we spend most of our time outside of the home. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here while traveling to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. We had a great stay and the host was very attentive, as well as the property manager. We had plenty of room. The community pool/gym area was just a short walk from the home. We appreciated having a communicative and accommodating host most importantly. Thanks so much.

Property was advertised. Clean, spacious, close to nearby attractions. House had everything we needed. Pool and lazy river was amazing, could spend an entire week just sitting around it. Would definitely visit again!!

Perfect for families

Place was great for us 8 people. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my mom who is older and can't walk the stairs. Cindy was great at accommodating anything we needed.
