Lake Front Fishing

Our families loved the easy lake access. The two kids under 6 enjoyed the shallow water and were able to play all day. Everyone enjoyed the fishing and the view. Great hosts, clean home and beautiful sunset. Highly recommend!

We designed this home for great family get togethers. The upper unit (1575 square feet of living space) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open floor plan that opens up to a 1000 square foot deck with a screened porch area for our guests to enjoy. There is also a separate 12 by 24 foot dock just for our guests use.
We live in the lower unit with a separate entrance for the privacy of our guests.

Why they chose this property

The space
Beachfront access for swimming, use of 3 canoes, 3 kayaks (2 single kayaks and 1 tandem kayak, that can be used by a single or a two person) and peddle boat, with adult life perservers, (guests need to provide life preservers for children) and great summertime fishing. Sandy bottom beach (no rocks) and gradual, shallow entry into the lake. Enjoy amazing sunsets on your massive deck or from firepit patio area.
Screened porch with outdoor dining along with gas grill for outdoor grilling.
We have installed an eero pro, whole house mesh router for seamless, consistent WiFi and a Fields Controls whole house UV (Ultra Violet ) light air purification system.
