We can't thank you enough for staying with us, and for the perfect review, Rachel! You were a pleasure to host and we'd love to welcome you back to the cabins someday!
We had the cabin for the weekend, and we couldn't be more pleased with the place. Sarah and TJ do a terrific job and the cabin lives up to the hype! Great hosts, great location and we'll definitely be back!
Yes the Cabin was cozy, and beautiful! Stayed in the summer and late fall. it stayed cool enough in the summer and warm enough in the cool crisp nights and early mornings. It's more of a tourist place, as more restaurants were open in the summer than the late fall. My husband and his workers stayed there while they were in town on 2 separate occasions to work for the week. Very affordable, quiet, nature, and the cabin was beautiful. If They come up again they will be staying again. Communication is amazing. There response time is great and they are very pleasant people to talk to and get all your questions answered.

Thank you so much for the 5-star review! Your family was a pleasure to host, and we'd love to welcome you back again for more s'mores!
House was excellent, with a short path to the beach. It was extremely quiet midweek. Not a good location if you are looking to do a lot of things--but it was perfect for relaxing with family.

Perfect quiet winter getaway!! Cozy house and lovely trails and walk to the frozen lake. They have a binder of local things to do which was so helpful! A great place to unplug from life (although if you want to be plugged in, the wifi was perfect!). Highly recommend and it is probably even as nice in the summer months!!!

We can’t thank you enough for the 5-star review, Meagan! We’re so glad you enjoyed the cabin and all of its surroundings. It’d be our pleasure to have you back during a new season sometime!
We only stayed for 2 days, but we had a nice time. My wife enjoyed the water with the kids. The beach had quite a bit of nice sand with the rocks removed, and that's a huge bonus for kids who just want to wade around near the shore.
Firepit was nice. We used it both nights. This was the right place for me, because I just used the time to rest and read a book.
Place was beautiful & clean & perfect size for the 4 of us, we had a great time. For the girls to have "the loft" they were having the time of life. Beach access was wonderful & use of dock was great. We did white water rafting in Corinth & loved our stay. It was a great get away! We just need an umbrella on outside patio lol!! We got some sun! We will be back!!! The swing set & bball hoop were awesome!!!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. The home was clean, neat and organized. The host was very considerate and kind. We arrived to a cute welcome gift (smore's kit and Water). The bathroom was clean, there were enough towels and another welcome kit (comb, toothbrushes and personal hygiene products). Amazing stay overall, very safe and family friendly. Thank you Sarah and TJ for your hospitality. Many Blessings!!

What a Gorgeous place. 3 nights just fantastic. Super, super clean. We felt like we were the first renters. Felt very private with woods behind us and a 2 minute walk through woods to the lake. Had a great campfire 2 nights while sitting on the patio and not getting smoky 10 feet away. Nice and quiet and right off of one of the main lake roads. We planned well but forgot shampoo, and sure enough there was a dispenser in the shower! Overall just perfect which I don’t usually say. We’ll be back!

Sarah & T.J were amazing hosts! Our company stayed for 3 weeks for work. The guys loved it! They cooked dinner on the grill most nights went to the lake and fished, and slept very good. The house was clean and tidy and Sarah was SUPER accommodating to us when I ran into many problems booking with VRBO. She made the process much easier And stress free for us. The house is beautiful, Everything was amazing and it was very peaceful and quiet. I have nothing but the best to say about the house, and the hosts. We will def. Book again if we come back your way. Thankyou Sarah & T.J. The Grover's
This very clean and lovingly maintained lake cabin was the perfect size for our family of two adults and two kids. We stayed for 4 nights during the week in July. The private beach access was just a quick walk through the woods and we enjoyed some quiet relaxing and swimming in the Great Sacandaga lake. All basic necessities (including tea, coffee, sugar, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, paper towels, etc.) were conveniently provided. Ingredients for s'mores and some firewood were also a very pleasant surprise! The nearby town of Broadalbin is very small with only a few businesses and restaurants, but Saratoga Springs is only about a half hour drive and Lake George is under an hour drive, which makes for easy trips for additional dinner and evening entertainment options. Would definitely consider staying here again!!
Cuteness/Charm 10/10
Cleanliness 12/10 (seriously - I want to hire the staff who does the cleaning for them!
Parking 10/10
Proximity to the lake directly off the property as advertised!
check in/check out process 10/10
Communication with the owners via the Vrbo app - Top Notch! The owners responded back super quick, they were super friendly and answered all questions I had
The price for this cute little house was soooo super affordable and less than a lot of hotel nights stays that wouldn’t have the bells and whistles like this did
Amenity listing on the website was allll accurate - it had everything it said it did and more!
Propane included (through a gas line)
Owners left a little goodies on the kitchen table, popcorn, stuff for s’mores, candy and some waters! What a nice touch !!!!! That will always make them stand out! It’s the little things right ?
I could go on and on but hands down 5 stars all the way
The only “negatives” I could say is the outside patio could use some TLC and maybe an umbrella for the outside table as the back gets lots of good sun until after dinner time. And maybe a little end stand/dresser in the downstairs bedroom for clothes. But those things are no big deal!
Oh and the other negative was that I only booked 2 nights! I will be back later this summer or next year for sure !!!!!
Highly recommended!!!

Thank you for making our weekend amazing. The house is lovely. You have thought of everything right down to a goody box filled with popcorn candy and Kind bars. It was so quiet and cozy. I really can ot think of one thing to suggest to make the stay better. It was perfect. I always worry about the bed being comfortable but it was and so were the pillows. As you get older these things matter lol. We look forward to staying again possible in the Spring or Summer.
Thank you
Jennifer and Alan Bonamici
We very much enjoyed our 2-day getaway! Immaculate and had the essentials plus some nice touches. The décor was lovely - not overly done to the point one feels like an intruder. A pretty walk through a wooded path to a lovely beach area. We would definitely return!

Hosted by Sarah & TJ
We’re TJ & Sarah, a dynamic cousin duo who grew up in Upstate New York - about 25 miles away from Sacandaga! Then after TJ ran out of podcasts sitting in DC traffic and Sarah couldn’t afford to have any trees outside her basement apt windows in NYC, we both gladly made the move back to the Capital District / Adirondacks to be closer to family. However, that big city energy means we can’t sit still, so we’re making our life-long lake house dream come true!
