Large island in kitchen and sitting area for relaxing while cooking! 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large spacious bedrooms, sun room off of master bedroom, and beautiful views of the pool from guest bedroom and sun room. House is absolutely beautiful and meticulously maintained! Property is in a gated community with guard gate and 24 hour surveillance. Golf available and included in the community. Beautiful golf course. House is close to everything - 5 minutes to beach, 25 minutes to downtown Naples, 5 minutes to Publix, and 15 minutes to Mercato and the Naples nightlife! This is not a fair review. The only reason I had to cancel was because there was a malfunction with VRBO's system and this person was able to book for days I had previously blocked off. Regardless, I continuously worked with the person and VRBO to ensure a full and complete refund was provided.

A Super Escape from Winter
I spent five weeks at this lovely house and wish I could have stayed longer. It feels like a home rather than a rental, with everything a cook would need and bedrooms in two wings. I especially appreciated the heated pool (with its optional child-proof fence) and the surrounding patio. Matt is an amazing landlord who keeps the property in top shape and responds immediately to questions. In short, I feel lucky to have been Matt’s tenant in this safe, attractive gated community.
