This four bedroom, three full bathroom has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances directly off of the spacious living room and dining area. Sizable screened-in deck area for watching the sunset off of the bay. Enjoy fishing off the private boat dock or just relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the majestic bay as dolphins play right in your backyard. Equipped with gas grill, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels.

Has a few minor issues that were addressed immediately and, really, above and beyond expectation. You will enjoy this property and the service provided I have no doubt.

Close to beach. Able to walk. Supplied a lot of amenities for beach. My son loved the paddle board. Base supplies such as salt pepper, paper towels, dish soap etc. would definitely return. So much to do including the fantastic pool and spa.

Beautiful home at our favorite beach! Short walk to the beach (Beach Access #5) and had lots of beach items to use (wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, floats) even though we also brought our own. Having our own private pool was perfect for enjoying after a morning at the beach. The only downside was it was very dirty when we arrived (algae all over the bottom of the pool and the water was very cloudy). Someone did come a clean it the day of arrival and next morning and it did get much, much better. Towards the end of our stay the algae and cloudy water started to return. The house itself was perfect for 10 people (6 adults and 4 children). The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals in. The screened in porch upstairs was perfect for enjoying meal and reading. Overall, we really loved our stay and are likely to return! Thank you for sharing your home!
