This place was not clean at all when we checked in. There was sand all over the floor, the the carpet in living room was so dirty, our feet get dirty when we stepped on it. The refrigerator was rusty. The utensils in the kitchen were so used and rusted, no-stick utensils were having scratches and not in use conditions. Blender was missing the lid, we had to put flat plate on the top to use it. Fortunately we found the screw stuck inside the blender otherwise it would have damage the blender and we would have had to pay for it. There was only 1 kitchen towel roll which isn’t enough. One of the bedroom had non-working fan. Bedrooms were getting little to no AC cold air when living room was super cold. TV’s were not smart, not sure how many decades old they were.

Great condo

Nice property. My only complaint would be the golf cart rental. The employees are not the friendliest. Lack of communication.

Wonderful location

We absolutely loved the location of this property. Just a short walk and you are at the beach. You can hear the waves from the porch even though you only have a view of the dunes being at the first floor. We needed 3 bedrooms for all 7 of us. There was plenty space to accommodate everyone. Kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cups. We loved it and we are considering to come back on a future vacation!
