THE ACCOMMODATION
This old house was completely renovated, fitted out and decorated with quality equipment in May 2023.
Fully air-conditioned, it consists of:
- On the ground floor of a living room with a living room (quality 160x200 sofa bed, TV) and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, crockery, basic necessities...), a private terrace with garden, and a parking space for vehicles;
- Upstairs, a bedroom with quality bedding (160x200), a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

TRAVELER ACCESS
The house is dedicated to seasonal rentals.
The house is located in the village of Nazelles-Négron 5 minutes by car from Amboise and the first shops.
This commune is in the heart of the Loire Valley, an ideal central point for visiting the Loire castles and vineyards. The first castles are 15 minutes away.
You can park your vehicle(s) on site.

OTHER REMARKS
The price includes household linen: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels. Beds are made on arrival, and cleaning on departure.
A small supermarket, hygiene and cleaning products are at your disposal to start your stay.
The reception and handing over of the keys is by appointment between 16:00 and 19:00. Check-out is no later than 10:00 am.
