Upon entering the first floor, you'll find a welcoming second living room with a large flat-screen TV—an ideal space for everyone to gather. The first floor also hosts two bedrooms: the primary king bedroom with a private bathroom (shower only) and a screened-in front porch with a swing overlooking the shaded, park-like surroundings—perfect for a morning coffee. The second bedroom features two twin beds. Conveniently located off the living room and bedrooms is an additional full bathroom with a shower. Need more space? The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for young children—great for families!
Heading upstairs, the second floor features a recently renovated kitchen, complete with new stainless steel appliances, a large double-door refrigerator, a farmhouse sink, and stylish art glass pendant lighting.
