"Lair at the Lake" House Right on Keuka Lake

This is an ideal air-conditioned 4-bedroom house has a view of the lake from almost every window, a wraparound deck where people can look at the lake while they eat and relax, and be within 20 paces of the lake from the door of the cottage with a large enough frontage to be able to play games right by the lake. The house has an open living concept on the main floor with large windows that overlook the lake, where you can walk straight out on the wraparound deck. The main floor has a full kitchen with all types of appliances and accessories. The main floor has 3-bedrooms (1 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 2 fulls) with a full bathroom. The bottom floor has an additional bedroom (king), full bathroom, small kitchen, and living space that opens to the lakefront, where you can walk right up to the water, rent a boat and use the dock, or go off in one of the 2 paddle boards or kayaks for use. Amenities: Air conditioning, grill, free high speed internet, off street parking, washer/dryer, keyless entry, Bluray DVD player, high chair, fire pit, dock, pack N play, board games, and mini-pool table. Linens are provided. It is located within walking distance of Penn Yan, where you can easily walk to a local marina to rent boats for the day or week, get groceries or homemade bread or takeout from one of the many bakeries and restaurants. No smoking, no pets are allowed. Maximum number of sleeping spaces is 14 and parking is 4 cars.

Great vacation

Roomy for 14 people; well stocked kitchen. Owner friendly and accommodating. Our family of 4 generations had a great time. Bring towels and swim shoes

Amazing place on Keuka Lake!

This property was fantastic! We had a cousins reunion here and there was plenty of space for everyone! The location would be hard to beat. We were right on the lake and had our own dock. The owner even provided kayaks, a paddleboard and life vests. The "common spaces" were large enough for all of us to sit and visit while there. The deck could also hold all of us and was beautiful! I can't say enough good things about our stay here. We hope to return next year!!

Week at the lake

Host was very nice and helpful. Called to see if we needed anything. Communicated regularly to make sure we knew house rules. Very clean. Great deck with a great view of the lake. We had 10 adults and had plenty of room. I would definitely rent this house again. We had a great time.
