Powell Convention Center, which hosts wonderful events throughout the year, such as Cruisin' Ocean City, Endless Summer Cruisin', OC Bikefest, Ocean City Boat Show, and more. Also just a short drive from the downtown Boardwalk area. Guests will be thrilled to know that this inviting condo grants them access to all the comforts of home, including Wireless Internet, four TVs, three Blue Ray DVDs, a fully-equipped kitchen, central A/C, and a full-size washer/dryer. Best of all, you can relax and enjoy partial bay views right from your own spacious wrap-around balcony! Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
