Astoria #402 is a bright, spacious and nicely furnished three bedroom, three bath condo ideally on the ocean block in mid-town Ocean City on 45th street. The north facing private balcony is a fine place to relax and view the sights and sounds of the ocean, the bay and bustling Ocean City streets. The open floor plan features a living area with fireplace, dining area and sizable, fully equipped kitchen where you can cook to your heart's content. Additional condo amenities include complimentary WiFi, four TV's, a washer and dryer, a fantastic rooftop outdoor pool, and and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a fun day at the beach. Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. and outdoor pool. The beach is just a quick stroll up the block, and the convention center, Seacrets, Tap House, mini golf and more are also close by for potentially endless fun. The Astoria offers guests access to a stunning rooftop pool located on the same level as condo, an elevator for easy access, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a great day at the beach. This Astoria owner includes access to a private storage locker where you can keep your beach gear. Sleeping up to eight guests, there is a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom, pyramid bunk with trundle in the 3rd bedroom, and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets including pillow cases for each bed, and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.

Great midtown location for families!

Ample space for teenagers, short walk to beach access, central location for lots of restaurant choices. Unit had a nice inventory of kitchen utensils and appliances. Keyless entry was great. Nice rooftop pool area. The building itself should look into getting more check in blue bins- there was only ever 3 for the whole building.

Nice place!

25 years of renting properties through coldwell banker and tried VRBO for the first time. Was extremely happy with this property. Plenty of room, place was clean, great views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. My family had a great time! Will definitely consider staying there again.

Great location

Cleaning staff do a surface cleaning. We found empty soda cans socks and toys under sofas and beds. Comforters are dingy and worn. I removed them from the beds.

We loved the location, the pool, and the view from balcony!

The unit could be updated. The bathrooms had toilet paper holder falling off the wall. The balcony was dirty, carpets were in a pile when we arrived. The chairs & tables were damaged. The screen door in master was hanging off, and the curtain rod was very iffy. The pots and pans were dirty & we did not have what we needed to make a proper breakfast, or meal for dinner. The couches were torn apart, I’m assuming from being cleaned, which I was happy I requested. Overall it just needs some TLC and it would be the perfect place for what we were looking for with my in laws & 2 small children.

Could be a very nice Condo

Really needs to be painted, one of the bathrooms missing toilet paper holder, one bathroom falling out of wall. Very dark in 2 of the bedrooms. Could use better lights in the master and the bed closest to the door. The couches are filthy and need to be replaced. We bought sheets to put over them, wasn't comfortable with sitting on them without. Truely a rental and really needs to be updated for cleanliness.

Great location and condo

Had to switch vacation plans at the last minute due to Covid and so glad we found this great property. Good location around tons of restaurants, beach and the bay. Condo was clean, check in and check out process was a breeze. Property management very responsive when our toaster wasn’t working- promptly replaced with a brand new one. Thanks!

Awesome location with some updates needed

Location was perfect for us – right on Coastal Highway with a view of the bay and beach. The layout of the unit was super with terrific balconies and a lot of space and it was very bright and smelled clean and fresh. It was also tastefully “beach” decorated. There were a couple of issues that can be easily remedied – the carpet is very worn and has multiple stains on it – multiple lightbulbs were out in the unit and stains were on bed pillows. Overall, we would come back especially if some updates to the property that are much-needed can be made. We stayed at the very end of the summer and so I imagine some of this has to do with the wear and tear on the property that takes place during this time. Overall a nice stay and all the best!

Giving the Astoria a 5 star rating. My family and myself loved staying here. The facility was clean, beautifully decorated and located near a lot for my family to do. It was the first vacation we have taken in a long time and we could not have wished for more. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

Beautiful, but come prepared!

This condo is in a great location and is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The only thing that was slightly irritating was that there were no trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponges, or cleaning products so we had to make an additional trip to get all of those things. I wouldn’t ordinarily mind coming prepared with all that, but it is not stated anywhere that you need to provide those products yourself. (It just says you need to provide linens & paper products). I recommend that the rental agency make it clear what exactly the guests need to provide. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend/stay there again!
