We are delighted to present our superb vacation rental in the heart of the village of Barr, Zum Storike Nescht, (au Nid de Cigogne), a charming wine-growing town nestled in the heart of the beautiful Alsace region. Our spacious and comfortable apartment is the perfect place to relax and fully enjoy your vacation.
Characteristics of the rental:
• Three beautifully appointed bedrooms to accommodate up to six people. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds and storage space for your personal belongings. Two bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds
• A fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances you need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you want to prepare a gourmet meal or simply enjoy a coffee in the morning, you will find everything you need.
• A warm and friendly lounge where you can relax and spend time with family or friends. Enjoy a movie night, a good book or the board games at your disposal.
• The well-appointed bathroom, with bathtub and vanity unit.
• A separate toilet completes the accommodation.

House rules:
🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.

Animals are forbidden
🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.

📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
