The property has great views over Pleasant Bay with a lovely wrap around porch at the front.Perfect for evening BBQs. Fantastic House for extended family vacation!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. It was so peaceful to sip coffee on the porch looking out over the bay. The house has tons of room to read, play games and relax. The entire group loved evenings in the finished basement/game room. We had pool tournaments, watched movies, played cards and had amazing family time where everyone could join in the fun. We loved it!

Great spot for a family vacation

This property was the perfect spot for our annual family vacation. The home had all of the amenities we needed, and then some. The in-home movie theatre was an extra plus! And we were just a short walk to the neighborhood beach, making this an ideal spot to come with both older kids and younger ones. My only caution for future guests is that the stairs in this house can be a little tricky, so use caution. But otherwise, we had a wonderful stay here!

Beautiful Property

Our group of 6 girls decided to choose Cape Cod as our girl's trip destination for 2023. After a lot of research we chose the town of Orleans and this house. Orleans was a perfect central location. The house exceeded our expectations - we didn't think the pictures did it justice. The views are way better than the pictures. We had a few issues - one was lots of ticks in the backyard - which we called into the management company. They immediately addressed the situation. We also had an issue with the main TV which was fixed the same day. We appreciated their quick response. It would be helpful to have a book about the house. We were lucky we had a techie that helped figure out the theater - which was a huge hit! We were also confused about how the a/c worked - but we got lucky and didn't need it. I can only imagine this is an amazing house for a family - the game room looked like it would be a ton of fun. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House

We were a group of 12 guys in our 30s. The house was even better than the pictures. The movie theater was awesome and the recliners were top notch. Fooseball and pool table kept us busy. Excellent poker table as well. Huge back deck. Plenty of room to spread out in the unique layout. Very clean and updated. Not much of a yard, but the house is so nice it doesn’t matter.

Great for Multi-Generational Families

Our group of 13 ranged in age from 14 to 80 and there was plenty of space to gather inside and out along with space to chill whenever you needed some quiet time. The short walk to the neighborhood's bay beach was a bonus as well as the conservation trail for easy hiking. The house is well appointed and always appreciate bed linens and bath towels being included. My only suggestion is to add more regular glassware for a house that hosts that many guests. Otherwise there was plenty of everything else and we made full use of the large lobster pots! Overall a great stay and will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips to the Cape. Exceptional House

This was a wonderful house for our family reunion. We loved that we could all be together in one place. There was plenty of room to spread out, comfortable furnishings and a well-equipped kitchen. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and Orleans is a great location on the Cape. The Del Mar hosts were a pleasure to work with and very attentive. We would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to other groups.

Exceptionally clean, more impressive than pictures convey, well equipped, and it comes with a generator that functioned automatically during the Cape-wide power outage. Theater was a lot of fun. Perfect Vacation Spot

We had a family retreat here at this beautiful home. Family came in from California and Texas as well as some from Massachusetts. The house is stunning, right on the water. Everything was neat as a pin and beautifully decorated. We had a little difficulty working the media room but I contacted the rental company and they were prompt and talked us thru so we could watch a movie together. Beautiful neighborhood and Orleans is close to areas to explore. Thank you to the owners for letting us use this beautiful home. We will be back. Susan from Massachusetts
