Great stay

Everything was great House was large enough to scatter but great size to gather, as well! Loved the pool and the master off the kitchen. Great location as long as you realize it’s a definite hill from the beach or town…we didn’t mind though the

Golden Anniversary Family Reunion

We held my parents’ Golden Anniversary family reunion here. The house lives large with plenty of spaces for both group activities and quiet time. A great location that allowed us to visit multiple locations appealing to all ages. The property manager (Jody) was very responsive and helpful.

Awesome Pool House for Kids

We loved having a place where the kids could jump in the pool first thing in the morning, but there was a decent fence to keep the littles from wondering there unsupervised. Our group had a lot of adults and there were plenty of nooks where you could sit and relax away from the central pool/kitchen area.

Cape Bismark

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was great after finally getting the filter fixed. A bit farther to beaches than stated online . The house is dated, most bedrooms small and not a well equipped kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. . Jodi the property manager and Erlon pool guy very good at communicating.

Big house on a great property!

The house and surrounding area was beautiful. Close to cute little shops and bakeries to include a road side pie stand! Delicious! The beaches were close but not walkable. The house, although spacious and open was not cleaned well. The pool was cloudy on day two and needed several visits from the pool company to correct it. Bathrooms had hair on the floor. The worst problem was the grill was basically unusable because it was not cleaned. The grease trap was full and the grill had food debris in the top and bottom. Unacceptable! It’s summer and a ‘beach’ house….grilling is pretty much mandatory. We paid a pretty high rental fee for the week to infuse a cleaning fee and I don’t feel the cleaning was up to par. When contacted, the property manager did respond quickly and attempted to resolve the issues but again…I have a beach house I want to grill and swim not wait for these items to be serviced.
