Maison magnifique un coin de paradis. Il y a tout dans cette maison pour votre confort. La piscine est a tombé par terre .la vue extraordinaires. Ce fût 15 jours de rêves. Les atouts l emplacement altea est une ville agréables. La tranquillité le repos total. Un coin de paradis ou ils est difficile de partir. Merci au propriétaire pour ça discretion

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Haus Juli 25

Wer es ruhig mag ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag professionell gereinigt und gepflegt.(Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter) In den Schlafzimmern und dem Wohnzimmer befanden sich leistungsstarke Klimaanlagen(liefen bei uns auf 25-26 Grad) Die Küchenausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut und das ganze Objekt wirkte gepflegt und liebevoll hergerichtet. Wir waren positiv überrascht wie viel kleine Details an dieser Unterkunft uns den Urlaub verschönert haben. Auch der Parkplatz ist top. Kleine Kritikpunkte: etwas sorgfältigere Grundreinigung und aktivere Ameisenbekämpfung. Dennoch kann ich dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit noch einmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber!

Très bon séjour à la casa Paradiso

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la casa paradiso. La communication avec l'hôte et le service de gestion s'est très bien passée. La maison est conforme au descriptif ainsi qu'aux photos. Nous avons apprécié sa piscine, l'environnement calme et les commerces et restaurants assez proches. Globalement la maison est bien équipée, agréable, propre et le jardin bien entretenu. Quelques points d'amélioration: volet manquant dans une des chambres. Une machine à dosette type nespresso, dolce gusto... plutôt qu'une cafetière. Une clim dans les chambres et pas uniquement dans le salon. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à la casa paradiso.

Excellent sejour !

Agréable propriété, bien équipée pour des vacances, dans un lotissement calme avec un magnifique cadre naturel. Le wifi, la terrasse et la piscine sont très appreciables pour occuper toute la famille. L emplacement est idéal, et permet de visiter rapidement les lieux clés de la région. A renouveler sans hésitation 😉

Belle maison avec piscine au calme

Lieu de vacances très agréable

La maison est très agréable et située dans un environnement au calme malgré les réveils matinaux des coqs et les moustiques bien présents le soir... La maison est bien équipée, la literie est bonne. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Nous avons un seul petit bémol concernant notre arrivée car nous avons du escalader le portail pour accéder à la maison afin de récupérer les clés....c'était une première pour nous ...

Maison très bien équipée et au calme

Nous avons été agréablement surpris car la maison est en réalité mieux que sur les photos. La piscine et le jardin ont été très appréciés. C'était un séjour agréable même si nous avons eu beaucoup de piqûres de moustiques et nous avons été réveillés par les coqs très tôt le matin. Nous recommandons cette location, elle offre tout ce qu'il faut et est très bien équipée, rien ne manque.

Relax

Great holidays. No mosquitoes inside the house, but you need repellent if you stay outside during the evening/night(even if you are in the swimming pool) Thanks a lot to Gudrun for installing Spanish TV for our kids. Thanks a lot to Sylvia for answering all my questions and reccomending a restaurant for eating paella.

Si lo que buscas es descanso y tranquilidad, es el lugar idóneo. Hace falta vehículo para desplazarse. Sin duda ha sido unas vacaciones excelentes. La casa está muy bien equipada hasta el último detalle. Sin duda volveré a repetir. Destacar las vistas desde la piscina y por la parte de la entrada a la casa a la montaña.

vacances inoubliables

Nous avons passé 15 jours inoubliables dans cette magnifique villa située dans une résidence très calme, avec un panorama idyllique , vue sur la mer et la montagne. La maison est très bien équipée et propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons été accueillis par Sylvia, une personne très chaleureuse et souriante, un très bon contact. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation et le linge de maison à disposition. Un pur bonheur pour toute la famille de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et le soir en toute quiétude l'apéro, nous avons profité également de l'immense piscine pour nous rafraîchir car il a fait très chaud pendant notre séjour , un régal... il y a de très belles ballades à faire aux alentours, le centre ville de ALTEA se situe à quelques kilomètres en voiture, boutiques, restaurants bars pour tous les goûts. Nous sommes plus que satisfaits de nos vacances à ALTEA. Un réel coup de cœur, nous comptons bien y retourner si la villa est toujours à louer. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Maison très agréable!!!

Cette location est idéale quand on veut passer des vacances au calme. Située sur les hauteur elle offre un très jolie panorama, la piscine est très spacieuse et un jardin entretenu bien aménagé. Grand confort à l interieur de la maison avec tous les équipements nécessaire à un excellent sejour! En résumé location à recommander !!!

Erholsamer Urlaub im Casa Paradiso

Wir haben Ende August/Anfang September 14 Tage Familienurlaub mit unseren beiden Söhnen im Casa Paradiso verbracht und es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Beschreibung des Hauses und der Lage entsprach genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Von der Ausgangstür zum Pool hin sowie von der Terrasse im oberen Bereich hat man einen tollen Blick auf Altea, die Küste und Albir. Besonders beeindruckend wirkte auf uns die herrliche Bergkulisse im Hintergrund des Hauses, die nahezu die gesamten zwei Wochen wolkenfrei war. Während unserer Urlaubszeit war es sehr ruhig um das Haus – von den Nachbarn schienen alle bis auf den keineswegs störenden Ara ausgeflogen zu sein – sodass wir uns gut erholen und die Idylle mit dem schön angelegten Poolbereich und der ansprechenden, gepflegten Gartenanlage genießen konnten. Der Pool war trotz der hohen Außentemperaturen angenehm erfrischend und sauber, zumal zweimal wöchentlich ein Pool-Bediensteter nach dem Rechten sah. Liegen in guter Qualität sowie Sonnenschirme und Sitzgelegenheiten waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die gesamte Einrichtung sowie die Ausstattung im Außenbereich und im Haus, insbesondere in der Küche, den Schlafzimmern, im Wohnbereich und im Bad war ordentlich, sauber, zweckmäßig, vollständig, gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Zudem kümmerte sich die nette holländische Hausbetreuerin Sylvie sehr aufmerksam um alles. Die Möblierung ist funktionell und die an allen Fenstern angebrachten hochwertigen Fliegengitter hielten perfekt die Mücken fern. Als hilfreich empfanden wir auch die ausliegende Infomappe der freundlichen Vermieterin mit Hinweisen und vielen Tipps, dank derer wir uns schnell im Haus zurechtfanden. Insbesondere die Restaurantempfehlungen und die Prospekte mit verschiedenen Besuchszielen waren sehr nützlich. An einem Schreibtisch befindet sich ein kleines Netbook mit vorhandenem mobilen Stick, mit dem der Internetzugang über das mobile Netz möglich ist (kein WLAN). Das war für unsere Bedürfnisse (E-Paper lesen) völlig ausreichend und hat jederzeit funktioniert. Ganz besonders genossen wir die herrlichen Abende bis tief in die Nacht am Pool. Wir freuen uns schon darauf, wieder einmal im Casa Paradiso unseren Urlaub zu verbringen und vergeben fünf Sterne.

Haus mit Potential nach oben!

Wir waren im Juli 2015 im Casa Paradiso. Die Ausschreibung der Vermieterin entspricht der Realität und auch die Lage ist gut! Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auf jeden Fall ein Pluspunkt. Unser Urlaub wurde leider durch folgende Aspekte getrübt: - Bei Ankunft am Objekt, wurden wir seitens der Hausverwalterin mit dem Hinweis begrüßt, nicht pünktlich zu sein (da sie schließlich noch weitere Tätigkeiten zu verrichten hätte). Anm.: Man stelle sich vor, eine Hotelrezeption würde mit diesen Worten Gäste in Empfang nehmen. - Man muss wissen, dass in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft 2 Ara Papageien leben, die ab 06 Uhr laut zu hören waren (hierfür kann die Vermieterin natürlich nichts). - Der Pool hatte bis zu 34 Grad, war entsprechend überhaupt keine Erfrischung (was wir aus unseren Spanienurlauben anders kennen, auch bei hohen Temperaturen). Des Weiteren wurde keine merkliche Kontrolle und/oder Säuberung (Blätter) des Pools durchgeführt - Das Objekt ist - und das ist kein unwichtiger Punkt - nur bedingt "familientauglich", da erhebliche Rutschgefahr auf den Fliesen besteht, worauf jedoch die Vermieterin in den vielen Anweisungen und Regeln in Ihrem Hause hinweist. - Last but not least: Es wurde keine Abnahme seitens der Hausverwaltung gemacht. Trotz bezahlter Endreinigung wurde der Vorwurf gemacht, dass Haus in einem "unordentlichem Zustand" hinterlassen zu haben, was nicht der Realität entspricht.. Fazit: Wie in der Headline geschrieben, hat das Objekt Potential. Mit einigen Stellschrauben kann man hier eine höhere "Kundenzufriedenheit" generieren. Schade! Von daher können wir maximal 3 gutgemeinte Sterne abgeben.

In der Tat ein "Casa Paradiso"

Wir haben im Mai 2013 13 Tage Urlaub in Altea la Viela gemacht. Das gemietete Objekt hat dabei unsere Erwartungen teilweise sogar übertroffen. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder vom „Casa Paradiso“ sind keine, wie oft in Reiseprospekten üblich, beschönigenden Texte und Aufnahmen. Nein, alles ist in der Tat so schön, wie auf den Abbildungen. Das sehr gepflegte und sehr saubere Anwesen befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Haus und Garten sind komplett eingerichtet und lassen keine Wünsche unerfüllt. Dabei ist die Infrastruktur ebenso schick wie funktional und wird sogar mit Reiselektüren und Tipps für Ausflüge ergänzt. Vom schönen Pool, in dem man im Übrigen richtig schwimmen kann, weil er tief genug ist, hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das sehenswerte Städtchen Altea bis hin zum Meer. Ein besonderer Genuss ist es, am Pool zu frühstücken und die schöne Aussicht zu genießen. Die niederländische Hausbetreuung vor Ort war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und man hat sehr deutlich darauf hingewiesen, wir mögen uns bei Problemen oder Wünschen doch bitte melden. Das hat ein besonderes Gefühl von Sicherheit vermittelt und wir sind sicher, hätte es irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten gegeben, man hätte sie für uns aus dem Weg geräumt. Die Zeit im Casa Paradiso war sehr schön. Wir können die Adresse auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Traum urlaub

Wir hatten zwei ganz tolle Wochen, mit super Wetter. Das Haus befindet sich in einem super Zustand und ist klasse ausgestattet, bis hin zu Klimaanlagen. Der Pool war super sauber und wurde stets topp gewartet.Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, in einem sehr gepflegten Umfeld. Den einzigen Minuspunkt würden wir für die Sitzmöbel und den Tisch im Außenbereich geben, die mal erneuert werden müssten, weil unansehnlich und teilweise angeknackst, aber das lässt sich ja lecht ändern.

Angaben zur Lage des Objekts

in der Objektbeschreibung wird die Entfernung zum Strand mit 2000m angegeben. Tatsächlich beträgt die Distanz fast 6,5 KM. Der Vermieter verweist nach Reklamation darauf, dass es sich bei der Entfernungsangabe um die "Luftlinie" handelt.
