Waterfront house, with dock for your boat or jet ski! It is also close to snow mobile trails, and ice fish right out your back door! Short walk to town to enjoy restaurants, ice cream, playground and live music & food trucks on the weekends! Visit the Sodus Point light house and other historic areas! Large Master bedroom with full bathroom. Downstairs is open floorpan with lots of windows, and electric fireplace. High speed internet, Firepit outside! Drop everything and come down, we have everything you need! There are games, kites, one bike, one regular, and one electric scooter for you to use.
