You have a wonderful view over the private lake (not a bathing lake) from the balcony of this newly furnished vacation apartment in an idyllic forest location. The apartment is only 3 km away from the Tyrolean capital Innsbruck, which offers a variety of cultural opportunities. The rooms are comfortably furnished in a modern style and the new pellet heating system spreads a pleasant warmth on cooler days. The garden to the lake to the front is private, the private garden to the apartment with its own barbecue is at the back, a passage to the lake with a small lawn on the water is available. A small snack station is only 20 m away. Landlord does not live in the house. Absolutely quiet location on the edge of the forest, hikes are possible directly from the house.
