Oste che gestisce la struttura simpatica, cordiale e disponibile. Una volta arrivati al check-in ti fornice in modo chiaro tutte le informazioni per un corretto uso dell' appartamento, comprese le modalità di partenza in modo autonomo. L'oste ti manderà per mail la card rossa Insbruck (per ogni ospite) da salvare sul cellulare per avere sconti su numerose attrazioni da visitare, comunque nel dubbio da mostrare sempre alla cassa. Importante: con questa card puoi utilizzare gratis i Bus della città di Insbruck. La fermata Bus dall'appartamento dista pochi minuti. In alternativa si può utilizzare il treno che in 10 Min ti porta dalla Stazione di Kematen in Tirol alla stazione centrale di Insbruck, parcheggio esterno macchina gratuito (biglietteria automatica in stazione). A pochi km poi la comodità di un piccolo market per fare la spesa. In generale appartamento super come posizione e servizi per visitare Insbruck. Appartamento per 4 persone comodo e spazioso, con posto auto allegato all' appartamento davanti la struttura. La cucina è provvista di piano cottura ad induzione, forno, frigorifero, stoviglie e pentole per cucinare. Iil bagno é ampio con la doccia, ma sprovvisto di bidet (fuori dall'Italia è difficile trovarlo ma nessun dramma!). Riassumendo: appartamento nr 3 utilizzato per quattro persone consigliato!!! Super! 👍

Très bel emplacement et appartement très propre. Propriétaire très réactive. Seul gros bémol : dommage qu’il n’y ait pas une terrasse ou un balcon (comme pourtant indiqué dans l’annonce). L’accès au jardin pourrait être complété par une table extérieure pour manger dehors

Valutazione 7. Appartamento spazioso al piano seminterrato con bella vista sulla vallata di Innsbruck, ma non pulitissimi pavimento, divano e pentole. Un appunto: la struttura messa a disposizione non corrisponde alla descrizione generale presente sul sito di prenotazione, mancando seconda camera con letto matrimoniale, vasca idromassaggio, stufa a legna e balcone; forse tale descrizione è riferita al complesso degli appartamenti disponibili al piano seminterrato. La comunicazione con l' host è stata molto buona.

Zweckmäßige Wohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber passt für ein paar Tage mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein und es fehlen im Bad Haken oder Handtuchhalter - auch um im Winter Skisachen aufzuhängen. Ansonsten war alles sauber.Fußläufig sind ein Spielplatz und Bolzplatz sowie ein gutes Gasthaus. Zum kleinen, aber feinen Skigebiet mit toller Rodelbahn sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. In Innsbruck ist man in circa 20 Minuten.Insgesamt eine Empfehlung mit ein paar Abstrichen im Komfort.

Sommerurlaub

Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Leider gibt es keinen Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und auch keinen Balkon, wie angegeben. Für 4 Personen wird die Whg dann doch schnell zu klein. In der Küche fehlte der Stöpsel für die Spühle und es gab keine Topfdeckel. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur eine mega helle weiße "OP" Deckenlampe und keine andere gemütlichere Beleuchtung.

Schöne große Wohnung!

Schöne Lage der Wohnung und tolle aussicht von der Terrasse. Alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie braucht.

Tolle Unterkunft, viel Platz, nette Gastgeber, .... Ein Minus für das Inserat - weil mehr vorhanden war, als im Inserat steht (Handtücher, Bettbezüge, Kücheneinrichtung, ...) Ich würde sofort wieder dort hin!

Schöne FeWo mit grandiosem Ausblick

Wir (2 Erw. + Baby) haben den Kurztrip sehr genossen. Innsbruck ist direkt um die Ecke, die Lage ist schön - ein gemütlicher Kamin ist vorhanden.
