This lovingly furnished holiday home in Schönberg combines traditional farmhouse furniture with cosy comfort and creates a unique ambience. Situated at 1400 metres above sea level in a picturesque hillside location, the house invites you to enjoy a relaxing stay. The two separately accessible floors offer you plenty of space and privacy, while you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace. In the evening you can relax in the tranquil natural surroundings of the Stubaital.



The surrounding area offers exciting activities at any time of year. In summer, the "WildeWasserWeg", the ice grotto on the Stubai Glacier and the Top of Tyrol viewing platform with fantastic panoramic views are just waiting to be discovered. Hikes, climbing gardens and the summer toboggan run provide plenty of variety. In winter, you can easily reach the snow-sure pistes of the ski areas with the free ski bus, which starts around 5 km away. Cross-country ski trails start right by the holiday home and two toboggans are available for tobogganing fun. Snowshoe hikes and unforgettable views make the Stubai Valley a year-round destination for nature lovers and active holidaymakers.

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und Bedarf mal etwas Sanierung. Potenzial ist vorhanden und der Blick auf die Berge entschädigt etwas zum sehr rustikalen Ambiente. Im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung handelt es sich um 2 Wohneinheiten, was als Familie eher kontra produktiv zur gemeinsamen Zeit steht. Es sind also 2 Schlafzimmer oben und eines separat unten. Sie sind nicht innerhalb des Hauses verbunden. Der Weg führt einmal von oben ums Haus herum einen schmalen, steilen Weg herab. Die Möbel sind abgerockt und die Terrasse nicht wirklich nutzbar. Der Platz draußen ist vermüllt und nicht nutzbar. Alles in allem waren es nur die Berge, die Sonnenuntergänge und der abenteuerliche Weg zum Haus, der Rest nicht gut...

The description of how to get to the house was inaccurate/nonexistent. We were not notified of the extremely steep, narrow road leading up the side of the mountain to the property. It took about 10minutes to drive the treacherous drive and this was not going to suit our needs for our stay. Also, there is a very steep walkway to the house from the parking area that was very dangerous for people to potentially slip & fall. Additionally, it was not clear that to heat the home was a small wood burning stove. This also was not going to be ideal for our stay as we were going to be gone from the house for several hours at a time. While the home itself was charming, we had to change lodging plans because the description of how to get to the house was nonexistent. We are awaiting a refund as we were not able to spend our vacation here.
