Welcome to Ixtapa Nautica Rentals, fully stocked and private condos with balcony located 10 minutes walking from the main beach & 5 minutes from the center of Ixtapa (perfect location), where you can enjoy from different activities and delicious food. You can also enjoy a peaceful and quiet stay as they are away from the noisy hotel blvd. The community of the place is very friendly, most speak english so you´ll be ok.

You’ll love the place because of the outdoor and indoor space, the light, and the amenities of the condo building. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids), looking for a clean, quiet and welcoming place to stay. We try to keep the condos in good shape for you to enjoy, we ask you to do the same for other guests. The condos are available for rent per day, week, month and year, please contact us for more information.

1. Are there any super markets nearby? Yes, you can find some at the center of Ixtapa (5 minute walk from the condos)

2. Any public buses nearby? Yes, you can find some in the center of Ixtapa. They travel to Zihuatanejo too.

3. In which floor are the condos? First floor, second floor and third floor.

4. Can i arrive a bit early? Yes you can (Maybe you see Gaby cleaning the place for you, she is very nice)

5. Is there a phone in the condos that i can use for an emergency? No there is not, but you can use one at the administration office in case something happens.

6. The TV has cable service? Yes, we also have a good selection of movies you can watch. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video

7. Can i cook at the place? Yes you can, the kitchen is fully equipped.

Perfect for our Family

We loved this place air was cool,beds comfortable,clean and very relaxing balcony Was walking distance to so many eating choices ,public transport or taxi to door .Pool was nice and not busy at all.Would def recommend and hope to return next year
