This beachfront, open, airy & spacious condo is located just 5 blocks from Puerto Morelos town square & steps from a white sand beach w/ a private area. 15 minutes south of Cancun airport, our gorgeous 1722 sq ft condo has full kitchen w/ cooking tools & supplies, marble floors, AC, ceiling fans, large plasma TV, granite counter tops & vanities, 10' ceilings, 2 large bedrooms w/ king beds & en suite baths, custom pool, & gated semi covered parking. Puerto Morelos -- a hidden Mayan Riviera gem!

The space
The patio is huge and just waiting for your family cookout or a rousing game of corn hole. Relax in your own lounge chair or hammock while you read a book or just the backs of your eyelids!

Other things to note
Puerto Morelos is a beautiful town but it is small. It is a great place to vacation and the beach is second to none. However, if you are looking to party all night and go to nightclubs into the wee hours of the morning, you probably want to look elsewhere. Puerto Morelos is simply not set up for that.

We all loved the generous space and privacy of this apartment, as well as the creative and very colorful decorations. The kitchen was well supplied. The location was not too far from the town center and good restaurants and shops. While there was not a direct ocean view, from a few steps out the back door you could see the beach and ocean. The manager provided contacts and details for things like getting picked up from the airport or booking a snorkeling tour. We had a fabulous time and I would stay there again.

Peace in Puerto Morelos

Great location and space with easy access to a lovely beach and restaurants within 10-15mins. Like my own house, property could do with a little TLC, but that would not stop us coming back again. Great outdoor space for BBQing and entertaining that we didn't take advantage of. Very comfortable beds and furniture.

Comfort, style, and convenience.

We were on the ground level, which gave us easy access to the pool, private beach area and public beach. We enjoyed grilling on our private patio/palapa. The condo is spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Beach club next door with some live music, good drinks and OK food. 15 minute walk into town for restaurants and excursion planning. Lot's to do in the area. Hosts were very communicative and accessible. We will hopefully go again next year!

Wonderful condo, great area.

We researched many places in Puerto Morales before choosing this condo because we have never been there before and are so thankful we chose the right one! The listing is 100% accurate and the place was amazing. It is a perfect condo for a small family like ours (two kids and two adults). The deck is wonderful to hang out and enjoy the breeze with a drink, especially the hammock. The location is prime, and being next door to a couple of establishments serving food and drinks was a bonus. The condo is steps away from the beach and if it gets too warm, the pool is nice and cool. You will not be disappointed in choosing this property for your stay.

Another great find

We had a few hiccups with housekeeping, but was quickly addressed. That being said, truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfect for folks that want an easy walk to the pool or beach..It was one of the largest living spaces, well laid out and comfortable. I'm a person that loves to cook and I was pleased to find decent skillets and sharp knives! We enjoyed the large covered patio and the privacy, not too mention...quiet evenings. There is a beach bar right by the patio, but their music was early, so no big deal. We really loved the soft sandy beach which made for great walks. Didn't get to swim because it was pretty cold and windy, but do want to come back soon! Cathy and Kevin were a pleasure to work with!

Perfect location

We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful condo. It is very spacious and has everything you will need for a comfortable holiday. Cathy is always available if you have any concerns or just want to find a certain item that you would like to buy. We would highly recommend any of Cathy's properties.
