Located in Historic Sam Hughes, The Hues Casita provides a quiet retreat conveniently located walking distance from U of A and a 5 minute drive to downtown. Light-filled interior spaces provide simplistic comfort and convenience, great for traveling couples, students, or work travel. Experience the Sonoran Desert's incredible hiking, biking, and recreation opportunities nearby, as well as Tucson's famous "23 Miles of Mexican Food".

Hues Casita is a complete studio space with king bed, couch, TV with Netflix, and eat-in breakfast bar. The kitchen has an apartment sized stove, oven, and refrigerator and is stocked with the essentials to enjoy a meal. A private sunny patio is our favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Please note that all spaces in this listing are private and not shared, though studio is adjacent to Desert Hues which may be occupied during your stay. The studio and home can be rented together if availability allows.

Guests of the studio have access to private studio and private patio. Please note that adjacent courtyard is private to guests of Desert Hues.

Due to the time needed to adequately clean the property, we are not able to offer early check-in or late check-out. Please book an extra night if you would like to guarantee an early check- in or a late check- out.

The main home is a separate rental space, so you may see guests in the courtyard. The windows have roller blinds for comfort and privacy. We are always available to answer questions and make your stay easy and enjoyable. Message us through the app for instant responses.

Clean, comfortable, private stay!

As advertised and great value for the price. I completely enjoyed my stay in Erin's casita. It was clean, private, and in a perfect location for grocery stores, restaurants, and beautiful Reid Park. The amenities are solid...comfortable bed, cold AC, Smart TV, and the basics of what 1-2 visitors need for cooking. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Casita. We enjoyed the location as it was close to the school and our daughter’s apartment. The neighborhood was quiet and close to many restaurants and shops. The house was decorated very nicely, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and it had everything we needed. The host was easy to work with!
