Balcony. Shared courtyard + garden. Possibility to store bicycles in the owner's garage. Shelter for one car. Ski Le Revard 15 km, La Féclaz 22 km. Aix-Les-Bains thermal baths 2 km. Swimming pool and Lake Bourget 4 km. Renovated 16th century fortified house 2km from the center of Aix-les-Bains and 4km from the lake. At the exit of the village on the road to the Bauges massif. Very good comfort. Large garden carefully landscaped and flowered. Pleasant countryside setting of meadows. Beautiful very clear view of the countryside and the Bauges massif.
