2 gites in the owner's house. 1st floor (separate access): living room-kitchen with lounge area, Wifi, 2 bedrooms, one of which does not open onto the outside (1 double bed / 2 single beds), shower room (shower), separate WC. Balcony. Shared courtyard + garden. Possibility to store bicycles in the owner's garage. Shelter for one car. Ski Le Revard 15 km, La Féclaz 22 km. Aix-Les-Bains thermal baths 2 km. Swimming pool and Lake Bourget 4 km. Renovated 16th century fortified house 2km from the center of Aix-les-Bains and 4km from the lake. At the exit of the village on the road to the Bauges massif. Very good comfort. Large garden carefully landscaped and flowered. Pleasant countryside setting of meadows. Beautiful very clear view of the countryside and the Bauges massif. In the heart of the Aix countryside between lake and mountain! 15km from the slopes (Savoie Grand Revard) and 3km from Aix-les-Bains, famous spa and seaside town, classified as "Art and History". Ideally located between the Bauges Regional Park and Lake Bourget (largest natural lake in France). Magnificent garden very neat and flowery. Perfect destination to discover the region!
