For your convenience we have a keyless entry lock. Our condo includes travertine tile floors throughout, beadboard ceilings, ceiling fans, and televisions in every room. All new furniture for you to relax in comfortably. Condo has recently been completely repainted.

The living area has a huge picture window overlooking a spectacular view of the ocean and sliding glass doors out to the large deck with bar-height seating for four. The living area has a queen-size sofa bed and loveseat plus two arm chairs. Dad can watch sports or DVDs on the 40 inch 1080 LCD HD SONY television.

The large (60' x 60') counter height gathering table has comfortable seating for six.

A true cook's kitchen with an island (with electrical outlet), all-wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a stainless steel deep undermount main sink, and full-size stainless appliances assist you in preparation of dinner.

A full wet bar with antique copper sink, ice cold refrigerator, and filtered faucet complement the kitchen. Also, we have provided a wine rack.

The master bedroom has been reconfigured with double doors. The master bedroom has a king bed, two side tables with drawers, armoire with three drawers, and a 32 inch LCD 1080 HD SONY television plus SONY CD/DVD player behind doors. The connected private master bath has been completely remodeled with a walk-in tile and stone mosaic shower, all-wood cabinetry, with Taj Mahal quartzite countertops.

The guest bedroom has a large sunny window. We have redesigned the bedroom and bath to be completely private from the master bedroom. It has a queen bed, side table with drawers, and armoire with drawers and a 26 inch LCD 720 HD SAMSUNG tv behind doors. The guest bath has been completely remodeled with a walk-in marble and stone shower, all-wood cabinets, with Tal Mahal quartzite countertops. New lighting and gold accent hardware.

Linens are provided. Upon booking ask for sofa linens. Maximum (2) Car Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property. Beach towels and two beach chairs have been provided.

Wash and dry your swim suits in the evenings with a stacked full-size Maytag High-Efficiency washer and dryer. HE detergent is not provided. While relaxing in the spacious living area or on the beautiful balcony, watch the dolphins play, enjoy the ocean ships as they come and go to the Port of Savannah, and see shrimp boats patiently catching supper. Be amazed by windsurfers defying gravity. Enjoy children building sand castles. Sip your summer cocktail and cherish warm Atlantic breezes. Hear faint sounds of live music from the local beach bar.
