Light and airy this historic home is perfect for a restorative family vacation in traditional Point Clear, Alabama. The home is beach front with a private sun deck, front and back rocking chair porches and adjoins the Grand Hotel Grounds. 10 minutes to downtown Fairhope! Kayaks for the bay and bikes for the boardwalk are provided. Come and be restored! Ideal for 2-3 families. Left and right sides have a master and kids bedrooms. The private upstairs has a huge bedroom and its own full bath. New deck at ground level.
