Just 2 miles from the Main Street boat ramp for boating, fishing, or kayaking. Bring your own or rent locally. Poolside lounging and a cozy interior make this home ideal for family getaways or approved small gatherings.

Adults 25+ only. Events and reunions are welcome with prior host approval and a mandatory $500 refundable deposit. Max 20 guests for gatherings. Excess cleaning may reduce refund.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
Trash must be placed in Clay County–approved bins and brought to the curb on Monday evening.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place garbage can on curb left corner of Property the evening before departure or every Monday if stay long term. Safe journey and thank you for staying with us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Absolutely No Smoking or Vaping on premises, if you smoke you’ll be charged a $250 Cleaning fee. Make sure and pickup after your pet.
Any Event or large gathering requires a $500 minus fees refundable deposit, extra cleaning may be charged if left extremely dirty.
All Garbage most fit on can provided no over flow per county ordinance, can to be placed out evening before departure.

A Tesla-compatible Level 2 EV charger (240V)

30/50 amp hookups with water for your RV or travel trailer (no sewer)

Plenty of driveway space for boats, trailers, or extra vehicles

A boat ramp just 2 miles away, with access to Black Creek and the Saint Johns River
