Townhouse with private parking

Fully equipped 3 bedroom townhouse in safe quiet location in a popular Dublin suburb. Only a 5 minute walk to University College Dublin. Public transport and basic shopping facilities are also available within walking distance.
The house sleeps 5 adults as standard. Where the group size is larger we can add a futon to accommodate the extra person.
The house has a very small back yard but no back garden. There is a paved front garden with some shrubs. Cars may be parked in the front garden.

Donal was very easy to communicate with and helpful with check in and out times. The house was perfect for our family with great kitchen and washer and drier. While there is a bus stop close by, it is not direct to the city. As I was “older”, walking to the shops was not a great option for me. I would rent from Donal again, but would make sure I had a car. Thank you Donal for a great week.

Maison fonctionnelle, un peu humide néanmoins. Donal est très agréable et avenant, il nous avait réservé un accueil chaleureux. Nous avons échangé à plusieurs reprises et il a toujours répondu à nos attentes et ce rapidement ! Je recommande !

Visiting UCD

Donal was a fantastic host. He was responsive and helpful in planning the trip and accommodating once we arrived. The house is lovely and as advertised. It is in a great location for visiting UCD and the surrounding area. There are great neighborhoods for walking, running, eating etc. We would definitely book again. Tucker

Dublin Getaway

The property was ideal for our family stay in Dublin, in a great location with a bus stop at the top of the estate. The house was really clean, well stocked with the basics (even had fresh eggs from host's chickens!) and had an added bonus of a tumble dryer. There was plenty of space to entertain with friends and family. On the first day, there was a small issue with the shower which Donal sorted immeditely. He was a very good, helpful & thoughtful host. Will be booking again when next coming to Dublin.
