This clean fully stocked 3 bedrooms with 2 living areas is a private home on the sand. This home has 3 levels. Each with its own balcony overlooking the gulf. The suite downstairs can be used as a private area that is accessed by the exterior stairs. 3 bedrooms, sleeps 12. Flat screens, WIFI, cable & grill with a fully stocked kitchen
“We have 3 video camera's at the entry front door, entry back door and entry basement door. No video inside the house. There is a "Google" home unit in the Den / Main level that is part of the wifi "mesh" system. You can ask it to play music etc. but not connected to record or listen.”
