We stayed here during a western slope bike trip. Great location for a base. Views and house were great. Lots of space and felt secluded just outside town. I would recommend!
We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 kids (and a dog). The view was spectacular and sitting on the deck was relaxing. It was nice to be out in the open but close to town where there were many great places to eat. We loved our stay and recommend it!
We loved staying at this house! It was very clean, very bright, there was plenty of room for us to spread out, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was very nice and well-equipped for our meals. The views were incredible and the deck was amazing! We loved the location; it was quiet and very convenient to several trails, to Rimrock Drive through Colorado National Monument, and to Grand Junction. Sadie was very responsive to any question we had. We would definitely stay again!
My friends and I booked this beautiful house to celebrate our friend's 40th birthday. It was perfectly located between Palisades, for winery tastings, and the National Monument, for hiking excursions. We also enjoyed the east facing deck for gorgeous sunrise views!
It is our second time renting this property and we love it. The pictures do not do the view justice. It's quiet and a great place to relax w trails just up the road for hiking. The hosts are outstanding! We will be back and hopefully get to stay longer.
Our favorite parts of this home were the fantastic deck, the beautiful living and dining areas, the spaciousness of the bedrooms, and the location. We recommend visits to Arches and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Parks and Colorado National Monument.
Property was close to the city, yet peaceful and rural. House was in great shape and very inviting. The massive deck featured a panoramic view of the entire grand valley. Our host was quick to respond to any questions! Would not hesitate to book again!
Our family enjoyed our brief stay at this lovely home. The property was accurately described, clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was the huge deck with a view of Grand Junction and beyond.
Mountain bike trip to amazing trails. House is fantastic and perfect location. Super clean, great setup and amazing views. Stellar communication from Sadie -Five stars and thanks!
Great place to stay and celebrate our CMU grad. The deck was the perfect place to enjoy the evenings with an amazing view and plenty of seating. This was a perfect place for us.
Beautiful location with stunning views to the east. Close to Colorado National Monument and downtown. But the best thing was walking out the front door to a trail and hiking 10 minutes down to the botton of a canyon and being in a different world.
This home is immaculately maintained. It was spotless - which is a heavy lift for a home that allows kids and pets. Location is an easy drive to downtown.
