This house is located in a private gated community, offering a peaceful escape from the noise of the city, surrounded by nature and featuring beautiful mountain views. The home is filled with natural light throughout.

It includes three bedrooms:
- The master bedroom has a king-size, remote-controlled bed.
- Bedroom #2 has a queen-size, remote-controlled bed.
- Bedroom #3 also has a queen-size, remote-controlled bed.

There are two bathrooms and high ceilings that enhance the spaciousness of the home. Enjoy access to hiking and walking trails, and the property is just 15 minutes away from the University of Arizona.

Additionally, you'll have your own private pool and hot tub. This place is very peaceful and cozy, making it your perfect home away from home!
Additional things to know check-out is at 10am our late check-out fee is $50 for every hour after 10am. Additionally, if you want to check out after 12pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. So , please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches.If you would like to have a late check-out, then please let us know in advance and we will see if we can accommodate.

No putting holes on the walls of Any kind or there will be a $50 dollar charge for every hole we find and have to fill in. No shoes in rugs. No smoking , if we have to air out the house for smoking there will be a $200 dollar charge.

It's truly an amazing property that's been optimized for guests. Very inviting, plenty of space, and best of all a binder with EVERYTHING you need to know. Far enough outside Tucson to feel adventurous, close enough to be connected. We will absolutely be back!

Well appointed

Claudia’s home was wonderful. Well stocked, clean and peaceful. Only a few minutes into town and around the corner from Starr Pass. I highly recommend this property.

Golf vacation

The house was a perfect size for 6 adults, the pool and atached hot tub was a bonus, spent a lot of time outside after golf and enjoyed pool and tub after supper, close to grocery store, the house was the last one on the street , didn’t see any neighbours, it was one of the best homes we’ve rented

We loved this home. Claudia puts so much effort into the details of her home. The furniture, decorations and her style is impeccable. She went over and above in the amenities such as water, cotton swabs, bath robes, etc. The location is peaceful. The beds were extremely comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Perfect Home Base

Property was exactly as described. Claudia thought of everything to have on hand in the house. From the extensive welcome binder to kitchen needs and loved the coffee bar. It was very much appreciated. Location worked perfectly for our short family stay. Highly recommend.

This rental had everything needed for a relaxing vacation! The host provided exactly what was needed in every room; the amenities were so thoughtful and wonderful. The coffee/tea bar, bathroom items, plenty of towels and linens. Felt like home away from home. The house is located at the end of a street- the privacy and sunset views couldn’t be beat. The host checked in several times to be sure we were comfortable and was very responsive. The home was very clean and smelled fresh. The host left a book of instructions for everything needed as well as provided brochures for local sightseeing and a list of local shops. We didn’t use the pool due to the time of year but really enjoyed the hot tub. We plan to return next year. Thank you!

Comfortable and spacious

Well supplied home with nice extras like coffee and snacks. Quiet and walkable neighborhood with easy access to the desert museum and downtown Tucson. We loved it.
