About this property

Cabin Near Dale Hollow Lake

Relax in the rocking chairs or swing on the large front porch at The Porter Lake House in Star Point Village, 1.5 miles to Star Point Resort. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath has room for up to eight guests, including one queen bed in the master bedroom, then a twin bunk bed and a twin/full/trundle bed in the second bedroom. There's also a pullout futon in the living room for additional sleeping room if needed. A full kitchen is ready to make your own meals. Because we take coffee seriously :) , there is a regular coffee maker and a Keurig available. The large back deck has a gas grill, hammock and table that overlooks the surrounding woods for relaxing. This is a comfortable cabin for family getaways or for couples who want a place to relax after a day at the lake. Stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap is available for use. Come relax near the lake!

Please note: Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend and Labor Day Weekend require a 3 night stay minimum.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all used towels in the bathroom shower tub.
Put all sheets in pile on top of the bed.
Please put trash bags in cans along driveway. There will be a $50 fee per trash can for trash that is not in a 13 gallon or larger trash bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

With family nearby and this being one of their favorite places, they decided to buy a house in Star Point Village in 2000.
