We really enjoyed our stay and this was a perfect location for flying into Burbank and going to the Rose Bowl. It would be a great place to stay to tour the studios as well. Loly was very responsive with any question that we had. We would certainly stay here again!

Clean, nice location for our stay

The place was close to Warner Brothers and lots of restaurants. We only stayed 2 nights, the place was good for the 3 of us for a short stay. Owner was quick to respond when contacted.

Quiet home away from home.

Our trip to LA was amazing, being in a quiet neighborhood rather than a hotel was perfect. The owner was very friendly and communicated quickly when needed. Short drive to Universal and has essentials to make a meal to stay in rather than go out. Would 100% stay here again!!

Long weekend stay

The property was so cute and exactly as listed. I felt very safe and the property was in a central location for everything we wanted to do. The property manager answered all questions and was very helpful when we asked for recommendations. Would definitely stay here again or in another location that was managed by this person.

Great location, very clean and quiet!

Great location that’s in walking distance to groceries, restaurants, etc. The unit was incredibly clean and comfortable and despite being on the ground floor, I did not hear even a footstep from upstairs. I am already looking to rebook for my next trip!

Convenient location

Nice neighborhood, yummy food options around the corner in the plaza (Bea-Bea’s for breakfast and the Lotus (Vietnamese) restaurant for lunch! Street parking was easy to find. The bidet toilet was awesome! Lol

Beautiful, clean, and convenient

Very easy and positive experience in this Burbank/NoHo studio! The apartment was clean and smelled nice, the host was communicative, and reserved parking on site was a huge plus! The location is convenient (LA traffic permitting) and the condo complex is safe on a nice quiet street. Highly recommend this listing and I’ll be sure to stay here again next time I’m in town!

Wow, this place was perfect and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Lory is an amazing host and has great communication skills. The entrance was a breeze; however, our truck was a bit too tall for the parking structure part of the building, but finding parking was super easy. What we loved was the walking distance to all the restaurants and coffee shops, oh and not to forget the toilet. Will be staying here again and highly recommend it. The area is super safe and quiet with friendly neighbors.

Universal Studio Fun Day

When we arrived, we were instructed to get the keys out of the lockbox. There were about 10 lockboxes and it was kind of dark so hard to tell which one was the correct box. After we figured it out, the Studio was perfect for 3 older women. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was quiet and clean! Very cute inside, and we even used the complex hot tub! We would definitely stay again!!

Universal Studio stay

This was a perfect location to stay for our trip to Universal. It’s a gated neighborhood which gave us the sense of additional security. But even if it wasn’t gated, this neighborhood was so quiet and clean. Vons grocery store is 2 blocks away and Universal was 3.6 miles away. It was perfect!!! Host was very quick to reply, it’s so much nicer to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel. I will definitely use this host again, we are from Indiana so not sure when but one day 😁

Great Location

This is a nice property in a great location. Everything is as described. Another towel rack and hook near the shower entrance would be nice. Bathroom door is hard to close. The mattress is soft, but we'd rather it be soft than too hard. The kitchen photo should be updated to show the Keurig that's there. We will likely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay here. My partner and I took our 12-year-old to Universal Studios. This place was so convenient, safe, great neighborhood, clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities we needed. The huge walk-in closet was convenient. The parking garage was helpful even though there was plenty of parking on the street too, and the neighborhood was GREAT. Von's around the corner and Starbucks!!! I loved it and will stay again to go back to Universal. Thanks, Loly!!! You have a wonderful space there.

Very safe and secure neighborhood and condo unit for 3 ladies! We were within a few miles away from Universal Studios and 10 miles from the airport! We stayed at this same place 3 years ago!

Easy access apartment

Came to LA for concert downtown. This rental was priced better than any hotel and while it was a bit far from downtown, the close proximity to train station and Burbank airport made travel easy. Property was as described and check in/out was easy. Thanks!
