Fenced-in outside shower.1st floor laundry room. Newly renovated bathroom w/marble floor/walls. Large windows for light and fresh air. Kitchen features new stove & microwave, fridge, dishwasher, ceiling fan. All mattresses are brand new (Simmons). 1st bedroom has a queen bed with bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen and twin bed with a half bathroom. 3rd room has 2 twin beds.

This property was purchased in the Fall of 2020. It was purchased for personal use/pleasure as well as limited rental.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the house. It has been beautifully maintained. Also, it is in an absolutely ideal location. You can walk to Edgartown center, take bikes to the beach, or relax on the deck or inside in central air conditioning.

What makes this property unique

It is "inside the triangle" which if you have ever been to the Vineyard before then you know how much time and frustration that you save. The traffic is very busy in the summer and this location prevents you from being backed up in it. Also, you can walk to downtown, grocery store, package store, restaurant, etc. so a car is not imperative.
