Location, location, location! The Pacific Ocean is at the end of the street, and Pacific Grove’s walkable downtown is two blocks away (park your car - you may never need it). The living is easy in this spacious five-bedroom home: the main living areas are on the lower floor, along with the kitchen, dining room, laundry, a bath with a shower, a powder room and two bedrooms (one Queen, two Twins). A staircase leads to the upper floor, with three bedrooms (one Queen, two Twins, and one King) along with a full bath with a tub/shower.   The home is equipped with six Samsung smart TVs with YouTube streaming and DVR functionality. YouTube offers live TV, news and sports on over 85 channels (you may also log into your personal accounts, such as Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Hulu or Disney+).    Built in 1895, and completely updated, this is country coastal living at its best. You’re steps away from the coastal recreational trail (walk or bike to the Aquarium, Cannery Row, and Fisherman’s Wharf). Lover’s Point, a sheltered white sand beach (and a haven for surfers, kayakers and scuba divers)—is a few minutes away. Here you’ll find a park, a volleyball court, and a seasonal kiddie pool along with a café, a grill, and The Beach House restaurant (check out their “Sunset Supper” specials).  When you’re not at the beach you can stroll to the weekly farmer’s market, library, museum, and downtown shops, restaurants and galleries… or hop in your car to explore scenic 17-Mile Drive, Pebble Beach, Carmel, and Big Sur.   Pacific Grove Transient Use License #0457

This home was very accommodating for our family of ten get together ! We had plenty of space to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and large enough for gathering and visiting. The living room is very comfortable with a large sectional couch. Plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable and the home overall was very comfortable, clean and updated. We would love to come back!

Large enough for 10 persons between 65-83 years old. Plenty of room for all normal activities in a house. Sleeping was comfortable with plenty of bedding and decent pillows. Both full baths were large with updated plumbing, showers and towels. Kitchen was nice and large open to the dining area. Large table that we were able to sit 10 comfortably. All kitchen equipment to make great meals and we never went out to eat. Several areas to sit and visit together and in smaller groups. Close to water and recreation trail for lots of nature exploration. Close to town for walking to shop for anything you need. Really perfect for our first reunion. Everyone would be happy to rent this place again next year!

Fantastic location and view!

This is a great property for family or friends looking for a great gathering spot for a vacation. The location is incredible and close to so many excellent activities and the beautiful nature the area has to offer. Nicely equipped kitchen and bathrooms are modern and updated.

Pacific Grove Beach House

Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Living rooms were spacious. We especially liked the location, close to the beach and walking trails, and the aquarium.

The location was fantastic, close to beach, stores and restaurant. Unfortunately, after second day the back kitchen outlets went out and were not able to be fixed during our stay. Therefore, the toaster, micro, and coffee pot had to be placed on the floor to be used.

Girlfriends Getaway

We loved the house and the location! We enjoyed being able to just walk down the street to access the lovely walking path along the bay. The house is close to great restaurants and lots of shops. There were 5 of us and we each had our own bedroom. The beds and pillows were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

A Blissful Escape

Our stay was fantastic! The house was so welcoming, large, and perfectly suited to our needs. Everything was clean, well stocked, and well taken care of. I appreciated the small touches that make all the differnece like the ample shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles as well as beautifully oragami level folded toilet paper. The king size bed was so comfortable and the view was so relaxing. We had no problems or issues at all. All of my friends liked the place and loved the locations easy access to everything. The applicances were great and with 10 people we really appreciated the three bathrooms. We loved this place and I will always remember it for the beautiful memories we made here. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Great House for Big Group

We booked this house for the groom and groomsmen to stay for the wedding weekend. The amount of space, beds, and bathrooms was perfect for a large group of adult males. Plus the location is amazing! Highly recommend for a weekend getaway with friends or family.

Perfect for girls weekend

Great Family Experience

We enjoyed a long weekend with extended family. The property was perfect for us. It was clean and well stocked. The pillows on the beds were especially awesome. The location is excellent, we walked most places including Cannery Row, Lovers Point and restaurants. I highly recommend this place and will certainly book it again if we stay in the Monterey area!
