Cape Cod beach house with hot tub and outdoor shower

The house is on a very quiet dead-end street about one mile from Menauhant Beach. It has three bedrooms, two full inside bathrooms, an outside shower and hot tub. In addition, there is an extra finished basement bedroom, so can sleep up to 8 people. This is perfect for a quiet family beach vacation. We are about 11 mins from downtown Falmouth and about 13 mins from Mashpee Commons.

Great house with a great location

A few of my friends and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and it we had such a great time. The house is big, great kitchen, and the hot tub and grill were an added bonus. Check-in was super easy and Peter was very responsive in his texts, I will definitely be renting here again next time I want to go back to Falmouth.

Very attentive host, perfect location

My family of 6 absolutely enjoyed our time in Falmouth, and Peter's house was perfect for our large family. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, and all items needed to cook a meal for our family. The grill on the lovely back deck was great, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the spacious hot tub and outdoor shower. Falmouth has so much to offer, and we will definately be going back soon!
