The unit was very nice and was very true to the pictures. The street noise from South Palm Canyon was pretty loud, but they do have a noise machine in the bedroom. The shower is my only issue. Water goes all over the bathroom floor as there is no lip to hold it in the shower area.

Disliked: Communication, location
Street noise unbearable
We could not use the cute outdoor space because the noise from Palm Canyon Drive was deafening. If we opened the door to enjoy the air, we had to turn up the TV to a level that would surely disturb neighbors and raise our voices. It was difficult to sleep. Overall, extremely unpleasant. We reported this to Oranj (the property manager) within the first 48 hours and they did nothing to help us relocate or refund us for the fact we could not use part of the space - one of the big reasons we booked was for the outdoor space with the fire pit. The listing says nothing about the location of this unit and its proximity to the road. This is a wonderful complex, just not on that side of the building. Very stressful, expensive and disappointing.
This is a well-appointed unit in a great property. My husband and I stayed here for four months prior to relocating in a permanent Palm Springs home. The pool and grounds are fantastic and the full-time residents are warm and welcoming. The one regret: the clubhouse in which the gym is located is currently closed due to a mold infestation. We used the gym (which is adequate) for most of our stay but were unable to partake for most of the month. I assume that this will be remedied with time but it may be worth asking in advance.
I’m honestly trying to understand why I paid so much, I guess because it was Christmas maybe that’s why🤷🏽♀️ Anyway my stay here was relaxing, quite complex so no complaints there, but the place is small for the amount paid. The check in process was cool but once I got to the condo I had an extremely hard time getting the key to work at the security gate, if my boyfriend wasn’t there I would have never gotten in. Now the decor was nice but the toilet and shower together was my least favorite part, the mattress was not that comfortable, the heat only worked during the day, at night it was freezing and the thermostat kept going off or dropping in temperature even though I followed instructions and kept it on Auto. And let’s discuss instructions, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed somewhere with so many rules and Don’ts in my life, not very welcoming at all, they make you feel like you are not allowed to make a sound or all the neighbors will rat you out to the fuzz.. lol. But seriously to strict. Again I stayed for Christmas so I didn’t want to bother anyone with my issues I had with the gas fire pit on the patio so the day after Christmas I called for assistance, the associate told me no one could come because maintenance was off on Sunday’s, so he proceeded to walk me through changing the propane tank over the phone because I thought that might have been the problem, I finally figured that out but still couldn’t get the thing to work so the only one that enjoyed the patio was my small dog 🐶, but the plant life was all cactus 🌵 so I couldn’t relax with him out there… anyway with my complaints, all in all it was a ok stay, I still feel it was way over priced and though it’s modernly remodeled the common areas need some attention. P.S. change the sponge under the sink for the dishes.
