Two-family house with beautiful private garden in Principina a Mare, 500 m from the sea (the other apartment is occupied from time to time by the owner). Principina a Mare is a vacation resort in the Natural Park of Maremma and has equipped beaches and grocery stores, pharmacy, bike rental, riding arena, swimming pool and tennis courts open all summer. Distances: 500 m from the sea, Castiglione della Pescaia (stores of all kinds) and Grosseto 15 km, the Etruscan necropolis of Roselle 20 km, Massa Marittima 60 km, the thermal baths of Saturnia 75 km. Quiet position. Outdoor shower in the garden. Modern and comfortable furnishings.

Schöne Umgebung aber marodes Haus

Garten und Umgebung sehr schön. Das Haus leider sehr dreckig, schlecht und lieblos unterhalten (Küche fällt fast auseinander). W lan hat in der zweiten Woche nicht funktioniert. Recht teuer für die Leistung.

Gemütlich und ruhig. Angenehmer Badeurlaub

Schönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten und gemütlicher Terasse. Schöne, helle Schlafzimmer(fehlt hier und da noch ein Bild an der Wand) und großes Wohn/Esszimmer mit Terasse für gemütliche Stunden. Lediglich die Küche ist einfach und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ort ist auch sehr beschaulich, aber wir waren froh darüber.
