Cute single family home in a convenient location with the lots of restaurants, bars and shops right around the corner.

It features a driveway with covered parking, a nice outdoor area with seating, lounging and a weber 3 burner propane grill. The home has central air and a 5 person Clearlight Premier IS-5 infrared cedar sauna by Jacuzzi.

My place is close to University of Albany, tennis, shopping malls and plazas, bars, restaurants, the airport, the city center, parks, art and culture.

Tidy modern bungalow

House was immaculate and comfortable, perfect for a couple and a small dog. Cute neighborhood with great access to local attractions. Will definitely consider again for a future stay. Owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Great property.

Excellent place!

This ranch was perfect for us, couple and small dog. Very clean and well maintained, great touches with appliances, sauna, desk/workspaces. The place is thoughtfully designed and utilizes the space well. Lots of nice small touches inside. Neighborhood has several conveniences within walking distance, great deli at Fiorello's. Host very responsive. great stay!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Nothing I could say could do this property justice. The kitchen is fantastic, has every gadget you could want, and the appliances are pristine. The living room is super cozy and it’s very easy to fall asleep on the couches. The bathroom was spotless and perfectly sized. The bedrooms were also cozy and I appreciated the ceiling fans! The queen bed was SO COMFY I didn’t want to leave it, my friend said that the twin bed in the sauna bedroom was also very comfortable. We did not try the sauna but will put that on the list for the next stay. ;) All in all it was a wonderful place to spend a few days with a friend and my small dog- I cannot wait to book again on my next trip to Albany. I do have to note, growing up my Grandmother’s home was the pinnacle of spotlessness and the first thing I thought when I opened the door was how much it smelled like her home- clean and crisp. Neighborhood tip- the best subs and deserts in the neighborhood come from Fiorello’s!
