The property sits right on the river, providing serene views and the calming sounds of nature, yet you’re just minutes from Waterford, Clifton Park, and Saratoga Springs. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape, a day of adventure, or a night out, everything is close by. We love watching boats pass by in the warmer months, visiting local farmers' markets, and walking along the canal trails nearby. It’s a spot that feels like a true getaway without having to go too far.
