Gorgeous sunsets. Lake Ontario is a HUGE Great Lake! Just like the ocean, but no salt water or jellyfish! Beautiful, peaceful area with sandy beaches and large ponds for kayaking! 3 miles from Southwick beach State Park.

Full house-Weekly rentals only during Summer Season. 6/23-9/1

Maximum of 5 vehicles, 10 people, including children and visitors.

4 private bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully stocked kitchen with large granite island, 2-full size refrigerators, 4 burner stove, 2 dining areas, large screen porch with eating area and sitting area. Large deck with patio set.
No pets.

Short walk to the beach (100 yds). Beautiful sand dunes and beach that adjoins State land with several miles of sandy beach to enjoy. Two kayaks and four bikes included in weekly Summer rentals.

Large yard with gas grill and eating area, campfire area, cedar swing, hammock, volleyball net, basketball hoop.

Location: one hour north of Syracuse and one hour south of Thousand Islands - (between Henderson Harbor and Sandy Pond.) The Elms Golf Course is 5 minutes away.

Grocery store, restaurants, library, laundry-mat, marinas are all close-by.

Salmon River Fishing - 15 minutes south.

Sandy Creek Tops grocery store, gas station, laundry-mat and library - 15 minutes away.

Brewster's Restaurant - about 10 minutes away.

Marina’s near Mannsville, NY - closest marina is about 10 minutes away.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all items back where you found them. Kayaks, cornhole, chairs, pillows etc
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time 11pm-8am Do not use neighbors wood near the orange shed. No fish cleaning or fish debris in trash or premises.
Wells run dry and water is delivered f Mid July. Please conserve on water use: take navy showers), don't let water run for dishes or brushing teeth.
Septic System: Do not flush any store bought products, except septic safe TP.

Beautiful sunsets, large sandy private beach, large clean house, uncongested area, many amenities, reasonable rates, Kayaks and bikes available. Restaurants, golfing and marina closeby. Large yard with campfire area, volleyball net, basketball hoop, gas grilling/eating area. Elms Golf Course 10 min. away. Sackets Harbor, Oswego fireworks, mini-golf, ice-cream, fishing charters. Great salmon fishing in Fall. Kingston, Canada, Sackets Harbor, 1,000 Islands and Destiny USA Shopping Mall approx. 1 hour away.
