You will be awestruck by the view of Lake Ontario with nothing but water to the horizon where you will see spectacular sunsets and glowing moon rises - from the beach, from the decks & patios and from nearly every corner of the spacious and comfortable house!

*Four Bedrooms (one with two bunk beds, a double and a queen!)
*Sun-porch, patio and 2 decks that are practically on the lake!

Pulaski, New York, Port Ontario area. ***NOTE: There is a stairway of 18 steps from the road up to the property at this time, in case that is a concern to those with trouble climbing stairs. Once there, the place is much more accessible. We hope to improve access in the future.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
When stripping beds, leave blanket unless it is visibly soiled. Start laundry with your sheets and towels. Tip: Wash and dry beach towels the night before.
Vacuum floors as needed. Wipe off surfaces. Clean out fridge leaving only condiments. Clean any spills in fridge.
Burn off grill. Be sure microwave is clean. Leave furniture where you found it. We appreciate you being considerate and leaving the house and property as you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
By renting our property you agree to the attached "Rental Agreement" document presented in the Rental Agreement section of this listing.
* Renter on contract must be present for entire stay and is responsible for the house. Sublets are prohibited. * 3 vehicle limit.
* Guests must be from the same family. No friend groups. * No fishing groups August - November fall salmon/trout river runs. * No overnight guests.

Janet and I bought this property as a place to enjoy with family and friends and to share as a rental to help pay for it. We have been on the renter side of vacation homes for many years and use that experience to ensure our guests have everything they need for an awesome stay and will want to come back year after year.

Why they chose this property

Lake Ontario is a beautiful body of water -- it's been called "Cape Cod without the salt" and "Cape Cod without the sharks." It's not easily accessible to the general public, so the perfect rental is the way to go for private lakefront and a true beach getaway. As soon as you arrive, you immediately feel you are on vacation.

What makes this property unique

BEACH FRONT: Right on the beach, sometimes sandy, sometimes rocky, but there is always a sandy spot nearby to set up your chairs. The Lake bottom is always sandy and gently sloping, a perfect area for kids. There are sandbars and bigger kids can walk well out before the water is overhead.

BEDROOMS: There is a queen in the master, a double in the second bedroom and a bunk room with a pair of bunk beds, a double and a queen with plenty of room to spare! All the bedrooms have water views.
There is also a single bedroom and bath on the ground floor that's perfect for an elder who doesn't do stairs.

LIVING AREAS: Open floor plan, spacious kitchen stocked with everything you need except food. We try to keep a decent supply of condiments & spices. There is a Tops supermarket about 5 miles away. Sofas, chairs and a very large dining room table. Propane wood stove, and a beautiful enclosed sun porch, airtight, for windy or cool days so you can still enjoy incredible views of the lake or open all the windows on warm days to let in the breeze. Broadband wireless Internet, Stereo, CD, MP3 player, flat screen smart TV with Netflix, VCR/DVD player and a supply of movies.

OUTSIDE: Lots of places to hang out when you are not on the beach! 2-tiered deck with the lower deck right on the water. Several Adirondack chairs for lounging with family & friends. Picnic table that seats 8. Big brick patio and grill area with a propane gas grill.
