Situated in a quiet neighborhood. We are a 10 minute drive to many exciting places such as the Saratoga Race Course, the Saratoga Racino, SPAC, golf courses, parks, hiking and biking trails and beautiful down town Saratoga Springs.
We are also a 30 minute easy drive to the Lake George Adirondack area which is fun all seasons. This home offers an open space layout with a brand new kitchen, large bedrooms and a fenced in yard equipped with a patio, gas grill and outdoor eating area or just relax by the fire pit as you look into the forever wild back yard.

Enjoyable Stay

The house is conveniently located, with stores and restaurants nearby, and just a 10 minute drive to downtown, the track and casino. Set in a quiet neighborhood, the house was very clean and had all the amenities. Jennifer was very accommodating to our special requests. We would definitely stay here again.

Saratoga race stay

The house was less than 10 minutes from the track. Uber driver we’re there in minutes. Beautiful kitchen and open floor plan for friends to gather. Beautiful back yard. Host provided coffee station, and little amenities in the bathroom you might have forgotten. If I had to be picky, bathroom’s need updating. Overall way better than a hotel.

Weekend with Friends

Jennifer was an outstanding host. The house is beautiful and filled with every comfort for a summer visit to Saratoga Springs; immaculate, excellent central air, lots of towels and complimentary toiletries, comfortable beds and a large and wonderful backyard (wish we were here longer to enjoy the fire pit and grill and many outside places to relax). Downtown Saratoga Springs and the race track are a short ride from the house. We have stayed at many vacation rentals throughout the years and this is one of the best. We hope to return. Update

For the most part everything was fine. Owner provided coffee, water and other essential items which was very nice. Would of liked to have the backyard cleaned up. Lawn needed cutting and the patio area needed to be cleaned off. The TV in the sitting area had a note stating it didn’t work. Feel that should of been taken care of prior to arrival. This was our 2nd year staying undecided if we will return.

Hello Joe I am sorry that the yard did not meet your expectations this year. With all the rain it’s been a challenge. The TV In question in the closed entertainment center is a vintage tube tv for family home videos. It has no connections for watching. All available TVs are listed under Amenities/Entertainment on VRBO, this one was not listed as an available one.
