Immodreams - Le Cairn - Avoriaz

Superb view and peaceful setting for this large, beautifully renovated studio on Promenade des Ardoisières.



This magnificent studio, renovated in 2020, is located on the 1st floor of the Sosna 2 residence.

Entrance leading to the bathroom with shower, sink with basin &

its mirror, washing machine and toilet.

Stairs descend to the living area.

When you reach the living room on the right you will find an equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, combination microwave and small refrigerator.

On the left 2 large storage cupboards and a dining table with its 4 chairs.

On the right a large double bed.

A small step down leads to the lounge area consisting of a convertible sofa, an armchair, TV and coffee table.

Opposite a balcony facing due west with 2 chairs and a magnificent view of the domain and the Morzine valley.



You will have access to the entire apartment.



We are on site during your stay if needed.



The Dromonts district is a very quiet historic area of Avoriaz with many chalets. You can easily access the slopes from the apartment. A public elevator will allow you to easily reach the apartment after the day without pushing!



Avoriaz is a pedestrian resort, once your car is in the parking lot you can reach the apartment thanks to a snow groomer. Budget approximately 13€ for the ride (bring cash) for the whole family.

Great communication - very smooth check-in and out.Great location.Apartment itself is very compact and equipment is basic at best (limited cutlery, no scissors, etc) but overall fit for purpose.Location is quiet but walls are thin and several noisy neighbours. However, I would stay again and recommend to friends to stay so long as they knew what they were getting for their money.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est petit mais vraiment bien décoré et agréable. C'est la première fois que nous avons mangé tous les soirs à l'appart parce qu'il était convivial. Nous avions même une crêpière ainsi qu'une fondue à fromage à notre disposition.
