Welcome to our large studio in the heart of Avoriaz. Located in the Mélèzes residence, you will be situated 50m from the children's village and the ens...



The accommodation consists of:



- An entrance with storage closet.



- A large bathroom with bathtub and large walk-in shower.



- A separate toilet



- A large living area with open kitchen, 2 retractable bunk beds.



- A lounge with balcony and magnificent views. Large sofa and TV. The double bed is located in an alcove.



!! The mezzanine is not usable !!



You will have access to 100% of the apartment and its private terrace.



We are available if needed and are present in Avoriaz during your stay.



The Melezes residence is located in the historic district of Avoriaz.

This district benefits from remarkable architecture and the Avoriazian spirit of the seventies.

Located 50m from the new center and the children's village, you will be close to everything while remaining protected from disturbances.



Avoriaz is a 100% pedestrian resort.

You can get around by ski, on foot, by sledge or with snow groomers.

Great room, immediate ski in / out, great access to ski lockers right below the flat. Good separate areas for sleeping and dining. Highly recommend! Host was friendly and helpful, organised transportation for us and gave useful tips and discount links.

Great location with excellent service

A perfect apartment for 4 adults, right at the ski piste. A large kitchen and bathroom, all recently renovated. The service of the host was perfect, we will come back!
