Happy Harbor w Hot Tub, Golf Cart and Luxury!

Welcome to Port Sanilac Michigan & Happy Harbor! As you enter the house your first word will be “WOW”. We spent 5 months completely remodeling this house. Regardless of how nice your home is this will live up to your standards. The craftsmanship of the improvements from the tile work, to the extensive shiplap, to the decorations. You will fall in love with this home and the downtown! Take the golf cart out to explore the downtown or relax in the hot tub! (please note: golf cart available mid-april through Nov 1st)


Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s). There is an extra fee to bring your pets.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, 3 blocks from downtown Port Sanilac.

Downtown is within walking distance, however, there is an 8-seater golf cart there for our guests to utilize! No extra charge

- Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation. One thing that really stood out was how well equipped it was from the kitchen having plenty of dishes, cookware, and utensils, which made holiday cooking easy and meant we didn’t have to bring our own items.The mattresses were very comfortable, and there were lots of pillows, towels, and bedding provided, which made the stay feel extra cozy and convenient. The backyard area was another highlight, especially the lighting at night and while we did not have an opportunity to use the hot tub that was a great addition too and created a really nice atmosphere.Overall, the space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d happily stay here again!

Thank you. We are staying at a VRBO for a couple weeks now. We spoke to our host and compared notes… both of us are going to make a few small adjustments that will make our guests stay even better. Interestingly enough we both talked about the fact that when people book an extra day or two they enjoy their stay so much more. Too many people decide to get away for a couple nights…. Make it 3 or 4…. (Plus we get the benefit of another nights rental. Haha) For those reading this - book a couple extra days and relax… enjoy not being in a rush. Life is short! Live to enjoy!!!

Stargazers Paradise

We had an amazing stay! We soaked in the hot tub and watched the northern lights, meteor showers, and vivid night sky. There was little to no light pollution, and everything was gorgeous!

What a fun little get away! Kitchen was beyond stocked. Everything was very clean!! Bedrrom were good size and mattress were so comfortable. There was just 3 of us but plent of room for more!!! The gold cart is such a fun addition when renting this house!

Perfect Getaway

Great weekend getaway

The house was perfect for our short girls weekend trip. Plenty of beds and very clean. We had a little trouble with the hot tub but the host was quick to answer our messages. Close to the beach and marina and great coffee place on the corner. It had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this property.

This property was the perfect next project as it has everything a vacation home may need. Its right in downtown so you can easily visit the shops and places to eat. Near Lake Huron and by a wonderful marina in downtown port sanilac.
