Escape to this charming 3bedroom, 2bathroom beachfront home in the heart of Port Sanilac. Perfect for families or groups, this cozy retreat sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy stunning lake views, direct beach access and a short walk to downtown`s shops, restaurants, and attractions. Relax in the spacious living area, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, and unwind on the outdoor deck. Experience the best
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way! 4 cars max at the property
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Our stay was very enjoyable.The views are amazing from the back deck and the enclosed back porch - my favorite part of the house.Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bedding.Would definitely come back if I can.

The cottage was located right on the water, unobstructed views to watch the lake with boat’s occasionally passing buy. The back porch had a nice big table and small sofa so you could just hang out there to eat or play games. The cottage was very clean and beds comfortable. We found the window AC units were plenty sufficient to keep the place cool. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of dishes and cookware, no basics like spray oil or spices so bring what you need if you are cooking. Nice large kitchen table. Only negative was you can’t walk the beach because each owner has their private property walls going into water. We knew this upfront so not a problem as we just drove to a public spot very close by when we wanted to beach walk. I would recommend this place for a peaceful getaway.

Had an extremely good time. Watching the sunrise over the water and watching the moon rise over the water both are fantastic memories for me and my wife. We also brought our 2 1/2 year-old with us which was their first experience with the lake. The only thing that I could say is that I would’ve liked to see the dressers anchored to the walls, but it was such a minor inconvenience that it couldn’t possibly take a star away from our experience.
