Cet appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes.

Une chambres dispose d'un lit 180x190, la deuxième d'un lit 160x190. Une des chambres dispose d'une salle d'eau attenante. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse après une belle journée au bord du lac ou en montagne.
L'appartement est équipé d'une télévision Smart TV, du wifi, et de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour tels qu'une machine à café Nespresso, un appareil à raclette...
La deuxième salle d'eau est équipée d’une douche. Les WC sont séparés

Le linge de maison sera fourni pour votre séjour, draps, serviettes et torchon de cuisine.

Nombreux restaurants et commerces accessibles à pied ; vous pourrez vous déplacer sans voiture durant tout votre séjour.
Le lac est à 5 min à pied. Location de vélos à proximité (une superbe piste cyclable fait tout le tour du lac).

🅿️ Le stationnement est possible dans les rues voisines (payant en journée mais gratuit le soir et le dimanche) ou encore aux parkings souterrains Sainte Claire ou Bonlieu.

Annecy, chef-lieu de la Haute-Savoie, nichée au bord de son lac dans un écrin de montagnes, est connue pour la qualité de son environnement et sa qualité de vie.
Bénéficiant d'un site remarquable en aval du lac, la ville a su entretenir son patrimoine architectural et historique.

⏰ Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.
Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.

Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que le jour même.
De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même.

Accommodation is always the basis of a great holiday & we weren’t disappointed. Spacious, airy & comfortable with all the mod cons needed to complete your trip away. Great location for sites, restaurants & views. Highly recommend.

In serious need of maintenance

THE GOOD: reasonably comfortable bed, great location, quiet, spacious, and having the rental office on site. THE NOT SO GOOD: strong sewage smell from the primary bathroom, rendering it unusable; kitchen cupboard doors were literally falling off and one completely broke off; we normally cook at least once but cooking in this kitchen was unimaginable; no wine glasses and even the corkscrew didn’t work properly (in France!); the place was not that clean; the electrical outlets in the laundry room didn’t work so we couldn’t use the washer without connecting all the extension cords I could find and plugging it into a kitchen outlet. Oh, then there’s the not-so-pleasant smell that waifs up the stair well from the ethnic restaurant on the ground floor. No way I would rent this place again.

Annecy Getaway

Travelling as 2 couples, we were very happy to find our accommodation exceeding our expectations. Spacious, clean and roomy, filled with natural light. The 2 bedrooms were located on each side of the apartment offering privacy, comfortable beds and plenty of designated areas to unpack. A full sized functional kitchen gave way to the laundry where washing dried daily on a clothes horse in the sun. The living room was separate to the dining room so you could chillax into the evening after dinner when the air became too chilly on the balconies. The two bathrooms allowed timely departures when setting out for the day. Great location for restaurants, the old town, tourists sites and active pursuits. Highly recommended.

L'équipe de la Conciergerie du Lac est très professionnelle. l'appartement était propre, bien situé mais la cuisse est dans son jus les portes et tiroirs ne tiennent pas bien dans une chambre il y a une salle de bain dans laquelle il se dégage une très mauvaise odeur d'égout.

L'appartement est idéalement placé et il est très spacieux mails la cuisine est restée dans son jus (portes et tiroirs sont en mauvais état) et il y avait une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain qui est attachée à la chambre .Le reste était parfait .

Beautiful Annecy

Our stay was lovely and the location was perfect. The apartment was beautiful, but although there were two showers, there was only one toilet. This was misleading and would have been challenging with more than one couple.

A deux pas de la viellle ville

Super emplacement ,spacieux, c'est la 3 eme fois que l'on vient à Annecy et pour nous cet appartement est vraiment le mieux des 3. C'est pour nous l'ideal. Conseil : se garer en arrivant au parking Bonlieu,prendre un abonnement de 2,3 ou 5 jours, c'est economique,pas stressant et securisant.
